Owners are crooks. My lawn has been treated for 2 years by TruGreen.Weed Man got my business this year and in one "double" application killed my lawn.I called the business on 06/10/2024 very upset and I was immediately told I have a fungus and that is why my lawn died the day after application of their chemicals. They had 2-Sr. Reps come out on 06/10/2024 and I was told they agree there is some chemical damage and excess salt in the lawn however, I have fungus that actually killed it but they would like to apply a fungus treatment at no charge. I was told it was DETRAMENTAL to have this done immediately and if I could trust them one more time I WILLL PERSONALLY BE OUT THIS WEEK TO START WORKING ON THE LAWN.On June 16, 2024 the Weed Man truck was on ************ in my sub so I called to confirm they would be at my place today. I was as***d I was on the calendar however we can't get out there today. When I got upset the represenative told me if I had proof they killed my lawn to go ahead and *** them and contact BBB, so I have. They laughed at me and told me to *** them. ***************************, the owner finally called me after I reported them to the State of Michigan and ********** of ********************** Affairs, but not until 06/26/20224, long after detramental damage occured. He stated he would send a Sr **** out today, which he did, however they sprayed a second chemical without my permission. *************************** also lied and said his Sr **** took a soil sample from my lawn and it had been sent to ******** State for Testing. IF, a soil sample was taken, it was not seen on any of my 3 ADP cameras! Upon review with DLRA soil sample is handled much like a drug test and I would have needed to sign off on said sample. This man is a liar and a *****. I have retained counsel for comensation and to get to the bottom of the soil sample scandal
