    I  leave reviews for 2 types of people. Those who go above and beyond and those that have a business model like Maurer's Textile Rental. They come outside of business hours or bring a partial order and still require you to pay the full invoice. If you brought half the items, I should pay half of the invoice?? If your delivery schedule is before we open, why are we liable to pay rental on old/dirty rentals?? I'll tell you why, because Maurer's states that you are still in possession of their property!!! Absolutely insane! Terrible business. I will say that every Maurer's driver has been an absolute pleasure to work with and truly are genuine people. I feel for the atmosphere they are exposed to because of their superiors.

    We are a small family owned business that unfortunately aquired a business that had a contract with this company to service two rugs for $70 per month. $25 of the $70 are various fees they tack on to the bill. Contract are 5 years long, and in the terms on the back of the contract it states it atomatically renews within six months of renewal date. The sales person shows up to our office almost exactly 6 months and one day past contract renewal date. He then pressure the *** working in the office to sign the new contract. When she indicated that we didn't want to renew contract, he told her "it doesn't matter if you sign the new contract, because it had already passed the renewal date. So you are locked in for another 5 years wether you sign cotract or not" When I called to explain that we are a small business and can no longer afford to pay for these rental rugs. I was told becaue the contract had auto renewed, I would have to pay 50% of the remaining contract to get out of their "contract" .

    My establishment has had a commercial account with Maurer's for several years...and have been battling for CORRECT invoicing ever since. Maurer'rs consistently overcharges us by adding items onto our invoices that were not ordered nor delivered. Their customer service is poor at best and their outside sales representative is even worse. Once you sign their service contract, you are lucky to ever hear from them again or get any inside service at all. On a GOOD note, their delivery driver Kyle is a wonderful employee who tries very hard to keep the customers happy...but he is only as good as the paperwork he is given...which is produced internally and has NEVER been correct despite speaking with customer service & Sales many, MANY times on this issue. I cannot recommend them as a valued service provider.
