    I have repeatedly tried to cancel my term life insurance policy which is due for an increase ten times the current automatic withdrawal payment on 2/1/25. I called multiple times , followed their instructions, still have not cancelled. Will take them to court if not resolved

    on October 14, 2019, I was led to believe that I could put $10k into an annuity and it would be protected, and I could get it back in 3 years no problem, I have had $10 k in this annuity for 5 years, and I have been facing delaying tactics, no communication, and no action. The money is needed to make emergency repairs to my home in *****, following the two hurricanes.I simply want verification from AAA and payment of my money as agreed. my phone number is ************. Very interesting that the AAA sales lady called on me many many times pushing the sale, I think she came to my home to pick up the check,...AAA should be ashamed

    I cancelled my policy of term life insurance with AAA life insurance company through phone call at 10/30 but they did not cancel it so far and without any further notice via my email. So it will continue charge my account for $37 per month. I thought this behave might be business fraud.

    I request AAA life insurance company stop sending mail. I received dozens each week. I contacted *** via email, it my request is ignored.I dont want to purchase this product.

    I had an accident an the policy states that I am to receive recovery pay . In which they are not trying to pay me. I broke my leg went to the hospital an has been recovering at home for the last 3 months..

    Oct 17th 2024Mary ********* ****** receives its monthlynews from AAA Life Insurance CompanyWant to make sure AAA Life Insurance Company if itsan activelife insurance ones on file for ex-client **** Kathaleen ****** who resided at ****************************** from Jan 10th 2017 to Sept 7th 2021 and passed away. Housing called Center Behavioral for *************** *************************** and staff handled her burial services on their end and not sure if knew she had any life insurance or the contacts client had provided.What I Zarahrie have on file **** Kathaleen ****** had provided ************* client **** Kathaleen ****** cell phone ************ who had asked me if I could use my atm debit card a few times to pay her monthly bill and said yes. Then she pointed out a picture her ****** **** Bampkemper/florida took of his mom **** *** ) maybe last name ***** ************. Also ****** her friend of 40 plus years may know how to contact **** Kathaleeen family and friends ************ her contact she provided.

    This company keeps sending me life insurance enrollment forms and kits and I never requested anything for Life Insurance, signed up nor am I interested. I don't want this junk mail being sent to me any longer and I don't know how they got my information. I would like this mail to stop immediately.

    On 8/15/2024 AAA redrew a payment by accident on a policy I have with the. After contacting them they said they were sorry and would issue a fecund on 8/19/2024.They issue a Ck to a closed bank account that I previously had. After I informed that the account was closed and not the account they withdrew the funds from. Once again they apologized and to this date of 9/20/2024. I have contacted them five times and still did not get the funds that they took.

    I have multiple times for AAA Life Insurance Company to stop sending me mail for YEARS. Called, emailed and they told me it will take 60 days to remove me from their mailing list, but nope here comes 1 every week. To me this is destroying trees and also harassment. I would never buy from an Insurance Company who lie! Thanks

    I have asked them for months maybe years to STOP, they will say the same thing over the phone.  "SORRY MR. ******** then next week they will still send them.  Is there some kind of fine you can impose? Downgrade in ratings?  Their words do not mean anything.  Sorry, I am just frustrated.  Thanks
