    I purchased online February 14, 2025. I paid via my bank account $106.97, the order number is ******. I have made several attempts to contact this company via their email address *********************************** and have received no response. Also I have not been able to locate a telephone number to make calls; the only source is this email. An email which no one responds to!I was supposed to receive the item within 7 business days and that has not happened and now unable to contact or track down the item. But they have most definitely received the money and apparently have no intention of sending the item.

    The dress is not the dress I ordered online. It's ill-a-formed and seams are messed up. The waist is almost in the breast.

    I ordered 7 dresses for a wedding in August i still haven't received the dresses and I no longer need them

    I ordered from Xpluswear before this order. It came within a month. Based on that experience I placed an order on August 29th, for an event that would occur October 12th. I've communicated via email multiple times to the company (they had no contact telephone number). Each communication is an apology, we appreciate your patience, and then they provide tracking information that I can find myself on line. Now I am 4 days shy of being two months without a product and out of cash. For the last 4 days, the tracking information shows the order is at the processing center, awaiting to be processed. By now, I could've traveled to the country where my order was placed (via boat), and be back with items. Businesses are supposed to be more responsive and resourceful than this.

    I ORDERED AN ITEM ON 9/15/2024 AND NEVER RECEIVED IT. THE SHIPPING WAS SUPPOSED TO BE BETWEEN ***** DAYS. THEY ARE UNWILLING TO PROVIDE TRACKING AND THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER TO ACTUALLY SPEAK WITH ANYONE. ALSO THE *** NO LONGER WORKS

    This online retailer post pictures of garments that appear to be well made. The products that I have received are cheaply made, poorly constructed and look like they are from a second hand shop. They never send a receipt with their shipments and there is no number for customer service. They only communicate by email and the last time I tried to return an item they offered to send me a new item for more money instead of giving me a return on my item, after READING REVIEWS MANY CUSTOMERS HAVE SAID THAT THEY ARE A SCAM. they RUN ADS ON ******** SO THER IS NOT PHYSICAL LOCATION.

    On 6/4/24 I placed an order for a two piece pant suit. Received a "your order has shipped" message on that same day. I typed my order info via "auto fill" so I know the info was correct. The company wrote correspondence saying my zip code was in error so package was undeliverable. This is not true - they sure did charge my card correctly. After contacting them to tell them I never received the package they offered a 30% refund (*****) or a 50% gift card (*****). I want a full refund and no further dealings with this company. The order ID **********.

    I placed an order on March 7, 2024 with two items totaling $111. By March 20th, it had not arrived so I cancelled one of the items and requested a refund. The refund never posted to my account. By April 15th, the second item had not arrived and I requested a refund that also did not post to my account. I received a notification that I would only receive an $80 refund. I demanded that the full amount of my purchase be refunded since the error in me receiving my order was not my fault. I have made several requests for refunds only to be told they were being processed. I have checked all my accounts and my refund hasn't posted to any of them. I asked Xpluswear to give me the last four numbers of the account they say the refund was made to, they say they don't know. They won't give me any indication of where they say they have deposited my refund.
