Order number XP01408548 and XP01407682. On April 30th I ordered twice from xplua wear. One order had two items in it which was a dress and a pair of sandles. The other ha done dress. It's been 6 days today and they have yet tor ship off my order or answer my emails. Altogether both orders cost me $158.95. It was $59.98 for the one dress and $88.97 for the other dress and sandles. I want my money back if they're not going to shop off my order.Initial Complaint

I saw ads on ******** for this company. I went to their website and found a cute "boho" top and a black top I liked. So I placed an order. I paid with PayPal. I never heard from them. After a month of waiting I went to paypal to report a problem and noticed they gave Paypal a tracking number. After waiting some more the order finally arrived. After almost 2 months of waiting for it with NO contact from the company. I emailed them at the address listed on the website and after not hearing back messaged them on ********. They took a couple of days to respond. Their response was that my ordered arrived. It arrived a week prior and I was contacting them for a refund. I was unhappy with the cheap quality of the black top, and that it didn't look like the picture. The white "boho" shirt I ordered never came, instead they sent me a white lace dress. I think they thought it was so long I wouldn't notice, but I don't wear dresses and this thing went to my knees. They are refusing to return my order, offering a gift card for 70% of what I paid them! Or a 50% refund of what I paid. I just want to send these crappy items back for a full refund. They are giving me the run around. I've been dealing with them for two weeks and I've gotten nowhere. They've also changed the return policy on their website since I've tried to get my money back. I'm also pretty sure they are deleting comments and reviews so only the good stuff is showing. If you look at the ** page, it has lots of comments but only a few positive ones are showing up, even if you hit "all comments"Initial Complaint

I ordered 3 items from XPlus Wear, online clothing store, and it arrived to me a month after it was suppose to. One item they were suppose to refund me for because it was out of stock, however, they never issued the refund. A few weeks after the refund was to be processed, all 3 items showed up. One item is defected/discolored and I was already expecting a refund from one of the other items. The company is not responding to me, I have asked to return all items, but not pay for shipping for 2 of them since one is defected and the other was already suppose to not arrive and I was to be refunded. On March 17, 2024, I placed an order on XPlusWear.com Order ID XP01304992, in the amount of $79.58. Three weeks passed without any update on the status of my order. When I reached out to their customer service team to inquire about the delay, I was informed that my order had not been shipped at all. This lack of communication and failure to fulfill orders in a timely manner is deeply concerning.Subsequently, I decided to cancel my order and requested a refund. According to their website, the refund turnaround time was stated to be ***** days. However, it has now been over that time since I initiated the refund request, and I have yet to receive my refund.Throughout this ordeal, I have received multiple automated emails from XPlusWear.com assuring me that my refund is on its way. Despite these assurances, the refund has not materialized, and I am left in a frustrating and unresolved situation. in addition I can't seem to reach a human person.Of particular concern is the fact that XPlusWear.com failed to provide any indication on their website that orders may be delayed or not shipped within a certain period of time. This lack of transparency and failure to manage customer expectations is unacceptable.I respectfully request that the Better Business Bureau investigate this matter and take appropriate action to ensure that XPlusWear.com addresses their shortcomings in customer service and fulfillment practices. On 2/28/2024 I ordered clothing items from the Xpluswear Website. I paid for the items with a Debit Card. The total was $140.00. I have not received the items I ordered. Instead I was sent 2 items that I did not recognize as part of the order. There is NO CONTACT NUMBER, only correspondence via ******** Messenger. I bought products from the business and, when I learned they would take too long to ship, decided to just get a refund and buy from somewhere else. Theres not way to request a refund in their website so I emailed customer support a week ago about 4 times and still have yet to receive from refund, just more promises to expedite the order even after *** explained the situation. i ordered 2 sizes of 1 dress and 1 other...there was no invoice with the delivery..they look nothing like what i wanted to wear for my wedding..i emailed them for a refund, they offered me priority order, a discount on future orders, a $25 gift card asking if i would kindly consider keeping the order stating satisfaction was their priority. I emailed them back that i didn't want them and to cancel any unshipped orders and if anything came i would refuse the delivery unopened..again asking for return instructions and address. I was then answered by them that Before they provided me with instructions that they currently do not offer free returns. Their words were.... I f you still wish to return the items for a full refund, i will provide you with the return guidelines. Alternatively to avoid any hassle and expense,we can issue a direct refund of 30% amount of the 3 items. My last email stated that that was not acceptable plus they asked me to wait until the other orders came in and we'd work on that issue. These are the options they sent me stating ...If I may, i'd like to offer a few solutions that might change my mind.
