            Purchased **** Fusion on 1/10/24. 6 days later it overheated. They then repaired it under warranty saying it had a bad head gasket. On 2/26/24 it over heated again. We brought it back and they said there was a loose clamp on a coolant line and charged us $111.68. Car was driven for 3 days, we were on vacation the week of 3/4/24, and th1e coolant reservoir is empty again indicating that a leak still exists. I am concerned about permanent damaged caused by all of the overheating and the possibility of a more severe problem such as a cracked block that they are not fixing.

            I wouldn't buy a pedal bike from them. I purchased a vehicle from them a couple years ago, it has been a constant lawn ornament with one thing wrong after another. The problems started literally right after I bought it, even though it was "inspected" and all the problems were "fixed". I have easily put half the cost of this vehicle into fixing it and every time I try to get them to work with me I get a very insincere tone of "I'm sorry about that" before they give me a runaround for a day or two. Don't bother with this place, money is the only thing they care about and will sell you anything as long as it makes it off the lot, if it breaks down a couple miles away, not their problem.

            We sold a 2008 Dodge Nitro to ***** *** on 1/29/2022 with 154,805 miles on it. After 5,238 miles of ownership on a 14 year old vehicle, Daniel's first visit was in 7/25/2022 with 160,043 with a check engine light for oxygen sensor and a couple of minor oil leaks. Daniel has mentioned several times that he has had financial struggles so they disclosed that the leaks were minor but offered quotes either way in which the customer declined repairs at that time. Daniel's next visit was on 11/04/2022 with 162,745 miles and his complaint was an overheat issue, when our technician diagnosed the vehicle he found no oil on the dipstick with zero history of an oil change since purchasing the vehicle now 7,940 miles ago. The customer was upset that he had to pay any bill so our service advisor reduced his bill by $52.50 (cut the diagnostic labor in half) in order to keep the customer satisfied. That was the last time the vehicle was brought to our repair facility. Based on the information that I reviewed it seems that we have done everything we could to keep the customer. Unfortunately we are not able to offer a lifetime warranty on 15 year old vehicle  with over 160k miles on it.
