The company has a service that we pay for that states theyll be out right away for heating and cooling issues. We have a heating issue and they are not able to come out right away. Its gonna take 24 hours. This is not per their policy. When talking with the technician to get an appointment They were not helpful and said that many people have the same plan that we do and theres nothing they can do to help with the situation. After hours emergency slots are filled up. This is not ideal and creates possible emergency situations. If they are going to provide emergency service, then they need to limit how many people are signed up for their service so they can really respond to emergencies appropriately.

I spoke with ******* about the interaction that he had with our scheduling department and informed him that I will look into the issue and do some more work with or dispatchers to avoid any issues in the future. ******* was satisfied with our service call that we did run the next day and the issue has been resolved.Customer response
