PFCU is here for me in the good times and the bad. Recently my family is going through difficulty financially with home and vehicle repairs. After a call for assistance they helped remove the multitude of issues by combining them into one smaller payment. This is an answer to prayer for my family.PFCU

I was having issues making a payment on my boat loan with PFCU becuase of updates made to my other financial institution's bill payment system. I was calling back and forth between the two call centers and could not get a solution and was getting behind on payments trying to figure this out. Thankfully today I went into the branch in Delta Township and was lucky enough to be helped by *************************! She was so knowledgeable and understood the issues I was having. Was able to contact other departments in no time to have issues corrected for me. I had to wait briefly while she reached out and I could hear her interactions with other members, she was so kind and it's like she knew exactly what to say in each situation. She helped me with something that has been stressing me out for months and she made it feel like a piece of cake! She is a keeper, an outstanding employee in my opinion. I am a former senior loan officer at another local credit union ( now stay at home mom) but from my experience in the industry she is top notch. Thank you ****!!PFCU
