1 star****************!!! If you are thinking about going with them save yourself the headache! They kept up is contract for 2 MONTHS! We were moving out of state and didnt have a place to stay because of them. Then they charge us thousands more at closing because THEY had to extend. They promised we would pay nothing at closing then ended up having to pay over a thousand dollars (we had a seller credit). ***** had no clue what he was doing and acted like he had never done a VA loan before. He didnt know the correct terms of most of the documents we needed then blames us saying we didnt get him everything fast enough. *** bought 3 houses and NEVER had this bad of an experience.Review fromCory J

5 starsI just knew this was going to be a long process and a big head ache. But from the first day I spoke with **** I knew it was going to be a breeze. Everything **** Told me worked out just the way he said it would. He walked me through the whole process of refinancing my home. He even got me the lowest interest rates possible. Bull was very respectful. Every question I asked he was patient and respectful towards me and I know I would frustrate him at times but he stayed replying and patient. If it was ******************************************************************************************* call and he would respond and if I called and he couldnt answer he would respond back with a quick text call saying he would call me back quick as possible and he did every time. If I had to do this process over again **** would be who Im requesting and referring him to anybody that needs this service. In my book hes the man when it comes to top notch customer service. I worked with 2 of the most wonderful people, **** ******* and ******* *******, they took my extremely difficult situation with my current mortgage and made it so very easy on me, they worked so hard to make sure that my loan experience was easy, but I know it was not and how hard they worked for me. I am so grateful them both! I so recommend them!

Coming to this country and trying to buy a house on **** was very confusing and difficult. Farouk and his team truly helped me when other's said no. The process was smooth with occasional bumps that were laid out and explained and easily overcome.
