I am recently divorced and my ex was still on the deed and mortgage because I could not refinance on my own. ***** called me and even though I had hung up on multiple other companies, she was different. She was a PERSON and not just reading from a script. She listened to my situation and after some research she was able to not only refinance my mortgage, but also help me pay off several credit cards to help with my debt-to-income ratio. Her and ***** were always in touch and were quick to respond and answer all of my random questions. They made me feel important and like a priority, even when I was nitpicking about small details in the contract. There were small things throughout that went wrong, and that is to be expected because nothing is ever perfect. They were amazing at addressing it all and even after the loan was complete they assisted with some paperwork that the title company messed up. I cannot express how happy and appreciative I am of this team that helped me, and I hope they understand just how big of an impact they had on my life.Central Mortgage Funding

I wish I could give zero stars. I was contacted by Central Mortgage Funding after looking at options to consolidate debt. *** assured me that they could help me not only pay off my credit card debt, but also lower my monthly mortgage payment and get me a lower interest rate on the loan. For the last two months every step of the process has been an absolute nightmare. Nothing they told me ended up happening the way they insisted it would. I was told not to make my current month's mortgage payment after asking repeatedly if I should as I was getting worried and this was taking longer than it was supposed to. Because I did as they instructed, the final payoff amount on the existing mortgage was MORE THAN THE ORIGINAL AMOUNT OF THE LOAN. The only reason my interest rate was lower is because they bought down the rate and added it to the amount of my loan. Loan officer suggested we try to pull a fast one on insurance company and underwriters and open insurance policy for a week and then cancel it after the loan was funded. Luckily for the insurance company they have policies in place to protect themself from such deceptive unethical practices and we were not able to proceed with than plan, which I had expressed discomfort with from the first mention of it. My loan officer ***** ******* told me that this is what she did when she refinanced her own mortgage. ***** insisted I would get a refund of $2700 after my loan closed. I spoke to the original bank that held my mortgage and they told me that my refund would be $300. ***** lied throughout the process and regularly told me she would call me shortly and then went **** The original loan officer **** was demoted from his position as a supervisor after he treated me like a girl who was trying to break up with him when I said that I was considering another option for refinance. I have wasted so much time and energy with this company. I highly recommend choosing anyone else but Central Mortgage Funding to handle your refinance.Central Mortgage Funding

Additionally, we reached out to you to request any supporting documentation that might clarify or verify your concerns but did not receive ****** an effort to resolve the matter and acknowledge your feelings about the service, we offered a goodwill gesture of $750, which was declined. We also extended the rescission period to ensure you felt comfortable moving forward, though this option was also not utilized.We are confident the loan we secured for you, with a 5% interest rate, was highly competitive given the market conditions at the time and was fully disclosed with accurate numbers that you signed. This loan was designed to be financially beneficial to you, and we believe it has achieved that goal.While we regret that you feel your experience was unsatisfactory, we remain committed to maintaining transparency and addressing any lingering questions or concerns you may have. A HUGE thank you to ******* ****** and **** ********* at Central Mortgage Funding!!!After an extremely frustrating and disheartening attempt to work with my existing mortgage company on a refinancing, my phone started ringing off the hook from other lenders. I assumed they would all give me the same answer my mortgage company had given me, so I ignored the calls. But for some reason, I picked up the night that ******* ****** called. He asked a few questions and he was personable and genuine in his approach and managed to get me to talk to him about my situation. He immediately assured me that they could absolutely work with me, and discussed various options we could consider (that my existing lender hadn't even mentioned). He cared to understand my goals and answer my questions and worked with his team to come up with a plan that would address what I was trying to accomplish through the refi.Throughout the entire process ******* was available and responsive whenever I reached out to him. And even through some of the more frustrating moments (it's a process...), he answered my calls with a pleasant attitude and reassured me and updated me on progress throughout. **** jumped on calls to get into further details and was consultative and knowledgeable - and was also readily available to respond to concerns and questions along the way. And as promised from that first phone call, they got it done!!!I would highly recommend ******* and **** and the team at Central Mortgage Funding. Not only were they knowledgeable and professional, but I truly felt like they really CARED about me and my situation and getting to a successful finish. 1 star****** through Central Mortgage and her staff led my elderly parents on for a month told them to stop making house payments ect. Just to put them behind and to tell them that they weren't going to qualify after 4weeks of the lies..I'd NEVER refer that company nor ******.... HORRIBLE COMPANYReview fromFallon S
