            Worked with them to remove racoons from my chimney. They came out, put two traps on the ground, and left them for 2 days, then came back to pick them up and got nothing. When I called several times to get a response to why they didn't finish the job, we were handed off several times and they promised to get back with us. Never heard from them. Weeks have passed and no luck to get back with them. This company is incredibly irresponsible and should not be trusted. They charged us before doing the job as well, big red flag for a company.

            Employee ****** arrived as scheduled and discussed plan and objective to combat ********* Ants. He answered all questions and inspected premise prior to putting down bait and spraying perimeter of house.

            I have read some bad reviews about this company, but this ain't one!! ****** has been an Angel **** from above!! I saw his name in many great reviews and prayed he'd be the one who came to my ********* did!!! He has been professional, compassionate, proficient, efficient, caring, and helpful!
