They tried to charge me $1570 for starter and battery replacement which was quoted by another local **** dealer to cost $650/$700 tops. I was advised dealerships are supposed to have standardized prices across the board, and he was confused what they're trying to pull.Gouging at best. Buyer Beware.

Totally took advantage of us. Told us our credit score was 0 so I pulled my own credit report and it showed 678 score. Furthermore, they charged me $37,000 for a 2020 escape se which I found out after the fact that the same escape sold for ****** when it was brand new. What a rip off. I wish I could return the escape but I don't think there is any way I can do that. I have had it for two weeks. SO DISAPOINTED

Went to North Brothers Ford service department to have a motor warrantied out was a third party warranty my service advisor failed to follow warranty guidelines therefore they stuck me with the whole **** **************** is refusing to pay their share I didn't get any paperwork stating how many miles were on the engine they replaced it with they would not give me my engine back service advisor claims he is too busy to make any phone calls to customers or anyone else I figured if I went to ****** I would be treated better than a backyard mechanic boy was I wrong when I went to pick up my vehicle service advisor told me I couldn't take the motor yet because the warranty company was coming to inspect it it's been about a month and a half now still no word about my motor on top of that service advisor is blaming me for him not using the warranty they also will not allow me to speak to a manager when you call the manager to complain about the service advisor they always make the service advisor call you back I went up there to request to talk to a manager they said they were busy so they gave me somebody else after a month and a half of playing games no return calls they finally called my wife and the service advisor told her it was my fault he didn't use the warranty he stated that I told him I needed my truck yes that is true my wife is handicapped and she has multiple doctor's ************ for neurosurgeon I couldn't afford them to keep my car for 6 months I never once told him that I could afford to pay the whole **** everybody knows ****** is not easy to come up with not really sure what my options are now other than keep writing bad reviews and warn everybody not to use them we are living on a fixed income and I feel that North brother ***** is taking advantage of my wife and I only time service advisor calls you back is when you leave a bunch of messages trying to speak to a supervisor you ask for somebody in charge of the whole entire building and they said there is none
