Been there about 6 times in the past few months. They can't get the order right if you paid them. Ordered 4 double-whoppers with cheese, after checking my order, I had to ask for cheese again, ONE of my burgers actually got cheese, the rest were plain. Ordered 6 double cheeseburgers, add mayo add jalapenos, they added the mayo, 25 cents a pop, but no peppers, when I asked about it, they gave me a cup with about 7 slices, again 25 cents per burger... $1.50 for 7 slices of jalapenos?!? Showed up a few times, I like to watch them prepare my order. Twice the doors were closed, one time, there was people in the lobby, but they wouldn't let the rest of us in. I've watched the 'cashier/cook' preparing food, while reaching into his pocket to 'check his phone', while wearing gloves. No new messages, so I guess it was time for him to prepare some more food, no glove change-out. Another cook was holding so many buns, that he started to lose his grip, nice to know that he could use his chin to help keep them from hitting the floor. In the past, forgetting the cheese or the peppers wasn't a big deal, but now that I'm being charged for stuff that isn't getting on the burger, it's just not worth it. I realize that most of these 'kids' are just starting out life, and this is their first job, but what happened to the supervision? training? writing someone up who continually violates safety/sanitation codes? I can't say that I've even seen a supervisor/manager type in the store... Just a bunch of 20-somethings 'getting by'. This particular store is worse than the best McDonalds, and I absolutely hate McDonalds. Now, what am I going to do with that cup of 7 jalapeno slices? I might could make a burrito with them, I've got plenty of peppers at home, but I paid to have some put in my burger, paid quite a bit when you realize that for $150, I could have bought a small jar from the grocery store. Waste of time, I'm done there.
