      ShopJimmy order number; ******** for 1 - BN44-00807A ******************* The price including tax and shipping was $50.20 which was refunded.Television is ******* UN50MU630DFXZA. The ** has/had intermittent audio problem. The set does light up and displays a good picture. ***************** was received and installed. The set did not light up. I returned my ***** supply board to the set. It did not light up. I then installed a main board that I had from earlier trouble shooting. The set did light up and was functioning properly except for the audio problem. *********** ***** supply from ShopJimmy was defective and caused failure of the main board that was in the set.What I am seeking is either a payment to me of $79.99 the current price of a BN94-12036R (ShopJimmy shows out of stock) or Kit-UN50MU630DFXZA-K4 repair kit which also shows out of stock.

       I am rejecting this response because: The part sent to me was defective. I am seeking compensation for the damage caused by the defective part.

      I ordered a part from Shop ***** it was clearly an incorrect part that did not match the manufacturers part number. It looks to be a knock off. When I went to rerun it, they told me I could return it and then I found out that the won't cover the cost of returns. So the shipping was going to cost double what the actual order was. They sent me a fraudulent part and then did not honor returning it. Absolutely unacceptable behavior.

      I bought and paid for a HPC Target "cream of the crop" load. Was told several times this merchandise would be new, it is sorted, all the junk and broken items removed. I waited almost a month for delivery, I made contact with the Owner as well with no reply once my order was delivered. I feel scammed, lied too, frauded out of thousands of dollars for broken, used, missing pieces. The pallets have 9 nice looking items on the top in a nice pretty row then underneath is filled with broken junk! I have also contacted the ************************ will contact IRS to do an internal investigation since I feel I am not the only customer they scam. I paid double what I normally pay for a load in better condition. not to mention the dump fees to throw away tons of useless junk. Horrible business man this ***** is.

      I ordered a replacement remote from the business, I typed in the CORRECT address. I looked on ***** and the package had been shipped 1 day earlier than it was supposed to. I checked if I had a package and it wasnt there. I contacted ShopJimmy and they told me I put in the wrong address when I put in the correct address. I couldn't even get into my account then the customer service representative told me that he changed my password, which he did not. When I finally got into the account my address was completely changed from the original address I put in. I called the address they sent it to, and they said that they did not receive any packages. Where is my package? I want my package delievered or my money back. I paid $38.09USD. My order number is #********

      I ordered a replacement screen for a JVC car navigation system and I received it broken in pieces due to poor packing. I asked for a replacement and since they did not have one, they refund the price of the item: ***** USD + 18 USD shipping. ***** misunderstood the $ sign for number 5 and now they asked me to pay taxes for 5*****, around 175 USD for a broken part. I contacted ShopJimmi several time but nobody answered to me. They just asked me to leave a good review, witch I did, unfortunately. I have all correspondence available if needed.I just want that they take care of the ***** issue as they should. I will never buy from them anyway. I bought the screen I need afterwards from ********* and even the place is half a world away comparing to ShopJimmi, the screen came in good condition. Thank you!

      Was not properly informed of return charges and the company keeps tax as that I paid as well. Would like a complete refund of $67.40 of a product that I never even used or opened and returned same day. Instead they are only issuing a refund of $48.26 almost $20 of a product I never even seen

      I had a problem with my tv and using their video for my research, I bought a power board. That did not fix the problem so I returned it knowing I would pay for shipping and restocking. So I ordered the set of boards. When I got them, I found out it was the wrong set that I ordered, so I returned those. Aain, I knew I would pay for shipping and restocking. It is going on 3 weeks and I have not received a refund or any communication from this company. I want my money back. I paid them a total of 161.88, so I should be getting around $90 back.

      I purchased 2 computer board sets for my 55 inch tcl roku tv from this company on august 30th 2021 , I paid for 2 day shipping to be delivered sept 1st 2021 The package is now late as it is located in another state as of ***** pm today. I contacted the shop,jimm and they told me it was 4 to 5 day shipping which is a lie. Fed ex sent me this in reply to why my package was late. ******* Your package may still be on its way. Based on the service type chosen by your shipper, ***** Home Delivery, delivery occurs by end of day. **************** of this service are not time specific, but day-definite.) As you can see date is definite! they refuse to refund me my shipping and keep telling lies to rip people off.. I want my refund for shipping in full as they broke the agreement, They can get their money back from *****. I also paid for a 2 year warranty I'm sure they will not honor now. on all parts I purchased. These internet sales people think they can rip us off and not suffer for it..
