I was referred to Built Strong by my sister ******** and they were efficient. ***** did a great job explaining my options and ******** even picked up and dropped off my final check for me so I didnt have to. I explained to them I just landscaped new flowers and plants, so protecting them was very important to me. They did just that! Highly recommend!

******** was persistent on my behalf to get everything I approved with my insurance company. She also went above and beyond to get additional funds I was owed but that Built Strong was not repairing included in the final estimate. Our hail storm roof job was finally completed 2 weeks before the 2 year insurance payout deadline. Lots of promises and excuses on material supply problems and supplemental insurance claims. Found out after 6 months no additional claims were requested. Expect to have to be a real pain in the **** to actually get any real work done. Don't expect to have an English speaking person around for more than an hour after the job is started. Lack of supervision, meant many items to fix later, which was on our job ended up being a full year later. The one star is because we do not have a leaking roof now.

BEWARE!!! I dont even know where to startat first, they were prompt and responsiveness that was until they had our insurance checks, of course. Then, excuse after excuse why things werent ordered and they were delayed. Ongoing lack of communication and responsiveness is a huge concern. When we started making calls to supervisors, finally they got out to the house. Shouldnt have gotten our hopes upbecause they didnt actually complete the job they were hired to do. They forgot to do the ridge vents on our shop. The crew didnt snap any lines for shingles, so shingles rows are not straight. ***** were so uneven, a kindergartener could cut straighter lines (they came out later to fix, but made it even worse). They damaged a gutter (later replaced with a shorter one that wouldnt catch water off the roof), plus damaged a log on our log home (and chipped another). Oh! And safety? Forget that. An open utility knife came flying off the roof and hit my child in the leg (he was at least 12 feet away). Weeks later, when gutter guy came he left all the gutter debris including nails and shingle granules all over our deck, yard, and driveway. So clean up and patching tire holes were just icing on the cake to this nightmare. We started this process in early September of 2023. January : got our invoice. They made a clerical error and they claim we ended up owing $9000 more than originally told (they called this human error when originally calculating). I found a $619 overcharge and another charge for flashing they didnt even do (over $1000).Working with Built Strong was one of the worst experiences ever. Very unethical, poor workmanship, poor communication, no integrity.

We understand the frustration with the lack of communication. ******** care is a top priority for us, so we are currently reviewing and addressing processes to prevent this from happening again. With regards to the invoice, we pride ourselves in Truth in Invoicing, which is a disclaimer on the bottom of the invoice. This invoice situation was simply a clerical error, human mistake, and for that, we apologize. Once it was brought to our attention, we were able to correct that error on the invoice, along with taking off the flashing that was not done. We are pleased to report that we have worked with the customer to come up with a mutual agreement and have settled this claim on good terms.

Absolute joke of a company. We tried for months and months for them to send in the shingle they pulled to get color matched. When they finally did, insurance had no information on the company or any contact information. At first they were very concerned for the fact that our roof was leaking and promised us that they could help. However, calls were not returned and no follow up was provided.

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. The salesperson that was working with you is no longer with the company, and unfortunately, your project was not assigned to a new person. We take full responsibility for not realizing that, and we apologize for the inconvenience and frustration that it has caused you. This is absolutely not the Built Strong way. We will look into the situation further and try to get it resolved as quickly as possible.
