UNETHICAL. I had multiple projects done. I IMMEDIATELY paid the first few bills, without even reviewing them. I thought this was a trustworthy company in town. I was charged an excruciating amount of money to have them hook up an all-in-one VENTLESS washer/dryer IN my rental- similar to hooking up a dishwasher. This cost over $3000. When I received the next bill, there were items on this bill that stated that certain projects were completed and they were not. I reached out to them and told them how ridiculous the bill was and something was wrong. I am a lament when it comes to this, hence why I hired the professionals. One of the gentlemen understood and agreed that this bill was high. He came out and met with my property manager. Come to find out, things were added to the bill that were not even done. It took over a year for them to acknowledge this and remove it from the bill. I spent so many hours trying to figure this out. In the meantime, I reviewed the previous bills that I went in and paid. I told them that the bill I paid was way too much for the service they completed. Not only that but after they left, the sink was leaking. I was charged to have them come back out and fix something that they messed up on. Again a year later they finally acknowledged this and took a very minimal amount off. However, they would not correct the plumbing bill, saying that I signed off on that amount. I originally ordered, the washer-dryer combo from Best Buy and they were going to install it for under $100. So it made no sense that I would sign off on this company installing the machine for over $3000. I told them that. They had no response. The reason I went with this company and cancelled Best Buy was because they were already working on the house and it would have gotten installed a week earlier. In the end, after many emails with them treating me like a thief, they turned me into collections. BE AWARE OF CHARGES ON THE **** AND WHAT WORK HAS BEEN DONE.
