      Our association hired RowCal in September of 2022. Over 8 months time, they never once got our finance reports correct. Our property manager failed to follow through with most things that she said she would do. Personally, I tried to hire their maintenance crew to remove ice dams from our roof. Since I did not hear back from them, I hired an outside company to do the work. Then, the RowCal crew showed up unannounced and charged me for the job that was already done. They took the money from our association's account and would not reimburse. After this horrible service, RowCal discontinued our contract with them just as we were about to cancel them! I give them a one star rating, only because zero is not an option.

      RowCal won the contract to manage the *** for a community in ****** where I own a townhome that I rent to tenants. The contract apparently started in November of 2022. Being that I do not live in the rental, I received no communication from RowCal regarding this change. I never received a bill, letter, or email from RowCal at my current residence.The first communication I received was from an attorney in April 2023 threatening a lien on the property due to unpaid association fees stemming from the November changeover to their services. This was the first time I had even heard of RowCal.Clearly the law office had no problem getting a letter to me, so I am puzzled as to why RowCal could not extend the courtesy to try and contact me. I called RowCal and the person I spoke with was obstinate and did not accept any fault on their part. They also did not care about resolving the issue with me. At all.When I asked how I can prevent this type of miscommunication from occurring in the future, the associate I spoke with said I can use the portal. They then stated I cannot use the portal due to the law firm now being involved.As a property owner that has dealt with multiple management companies (as an owner and an *** member), I would be wary of dealing with or hiring them.

      I had high hopes for this company when they acquired our previous management company, but sadly, things just went downhill for to start. We had 5 different managers over the course of a year, they we never responsive, ran a few of our vendors into the ground, refusing to work with our association again because of RowCal, and not to mention that they stole from our accounts before we cancelled our services. Slipped in a few invoices the day before transition. Super shady business. Their positive reviews below are all incentivized and paid for. I know this, because when they took over our HOA, they offered me money to leave a positive review. Don't trust them.

      RowCal took over the ********************** activities at ******************** in ******, ** earlier this year. This should be a simple job - collect the dues, administer pool keys, and contract for maintenance. Simple or not, they have - in my opinion - failed. I have been attempting to get a pool key activated since 5/12/2022 (it is now 6/1/2022). I have written 5 emails, called 4 times and left messages, and still have no response. This organization, our representative *******************************, and senior management as a whole has failed to respond to telephone calls and emails leading me to state the customer service is non-existent. I caution any homeowner association who would look toward the group for services - service here doesn't exist.

      RowCal has the worst costumer service. I had asked numerous times for documentation for some work they started and after months of asking I got a charge to my account with no invoice. I had to request a copy of the invoice that was dated close to a month before I got it. When I asked about the differences in the dates I was told that it just takes time and thats how RowCal does it. I have asked two different people about these charges with no response. The first representative I asked has had 12 business days to respond and I get nothing.
