I had my Z-Force for 6 months now and it has broken twice. I do not beat it hard I'm not very impressed with the quality. With that said they are cheap so you get what you pay for. I do like the machine I don't know if I'd ever buy another one. Takes too long to get parts. Less than 75 hours on it and I've already had two wheel bearing failures shock failure and now it won't go in the locker mode and it just ran out of warranty. I did buy it second hand It was meticulously maintained had less than 50 hours on it. I plan on keeping it but I'm also going to get a name brand machine something I can rely on.

Will never recommend nor purchase another CF Moto product again with how they treated me. Purchased a brand new 2024 CForce 600 in May of 2024. It has only 43 hours on it and barely 600 miles and they are denying any/all claims regarding a significant shifting issue that has been occurring since day 1. I was told off and was never even given a service agent name, or any other information that could be used to assist me. Their phone system constantly rings then disconnects you and is of no help, so I submitted an online form. On this form I noted "I am considering legal action" not "I am pursuing legal action" and was told communication would not continue as a result. Absolutely terrible organization, particularly around service. 43 hours of light use and am instantly denied everything? Talk about atrocious service. I am in the service industry, in fact I develop services for my company's customers - I would be fired faster than I could blink if how they acted was my policy. Disgraceful.

Purchased a 2024 CFMoto CForce110 brand new off the lot with the advertised " Intelligent Smart Safe Guard" for the safety purposes of being our child's first ATV. Now 4 months later CFMoto has just decided to discontinue and recall the feature. Despite it stil being advertised on thier webstite, and the advertised feature I purchased it for they claim now they have no plan to fix the issue and it's just not going to be available. CFMotor customer sales *** basically told me they will do nothing. So, now I have this brand new 2024 ATV without the feature it advertised for children safety and CFMoto policy is to just tell the customer "tough luck". I will never reccomend any CFMoto product, and this is not the end of this.

We are sorry about the change to the C110. From our records, it looks like you purchased your unit 4/23/24. The change that was required to that model was announced on 12/13/23. So, when this unit was purchased, it was known that it no longer had that feature. The retail price of the units after the removal of the feature was reduced to recognize the loss of the function. It is unfortunate the feature had to be removed but to remain in compliance with US regulations, it was necessary. To say CFMOTO "will do nothing" or just said "tough luck" misses the fact the price of the unit was discounted by $500 (>15% discount) after the removal of the feature. For that amount, 3rd party options are available that can provide the functionality that was lost. We understand the frustration but do feel like owners were fairly compensated with the $500 discount.

I'd avoid this brand--I thought my CForce 500 would last several years with light use. It was back in the shop after having starting issues not long after purchasing. Then the power steering went--ok maybe it way my plowing strategy. Now the whole wiring harness/compuer seems burned out... so I'm leaning towards these being short term vanity purchases that are costly in the long run. Usually I steer clear of this dynamic that I already sensed while shopping for them.

Thanks for your feedback. In researching your unit, it looks like you purchased it in 2018. I see one warranty claim for the unit. I'm hopeful that as your unit approaches six years old, you've gotten a lot of good use from it. While you used the term "light use", you also mentioned using for plowing and you questioned your own technique. Now, these units will handle plowing for sure, but technique does make a huge difference in the stress you place on the unit. Overall, doing your regular maintenance ensures that everything keeps operating correctly. CFMOTO's prides itself on quality products and is continuously improving all of our vehicles.

We purchased our CF Moto Uforce 800 in 2022. To date it has 400km.We added a roof and windshield and back window when purchased. There is so much heat coming up around the passenger seat that its uncomfortable to go very far.

Thanks for your feedback. It looks like you are from ******. CFMOTO Powersports is the US Distributor for CFMOTO products. If you have concerns about heat buildup, you should discuss those with your local dealer. You may want to review alternatives to a full windshield. In warmer conditions, you may need greater airflow through the cab area to moderate temperatures.

I have a 2023 cforce 800xc. I bought it from a dealership new in February of 2023. I had a 1-year warranty and this expired in February of 2024. On June 19th, 2024, I notified my dealership of a failing tail light. Fast forward to now, the other tail light is now failing which leads me to believe it is a manufacturing issue versus a faulty tail light. See if Moto warranty department will not cover tail lights due to stating it is too far out of warranty to cover the tail lights. The machine is 1.5 years old and having one tail light fail. I can understand not covering it under warranty, but both tail lights are failing. This seems to be manufacturing issue versus a faulty tail light

When we bought our CF Moto UFORCE we were told it was road ready. Had blinker icons on the dash. When we tried to us them they didn't work. When we called the dealership we were told no it didn't come with blinkers. 4 months after we had it, the battery started giving us problems. We were told it only had a 30 day warranty on the battery. We have contacted ******* and they verified the 30 day warranty. It is hard to put in gear, and the acceleration is very hard to control from a stopped position, especially reverse. Not sure I would recommend, or buy another one. For a total of $14,000 I don't consider this a cheap investment.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that you have had frustrations with your unit.

CFMOTO sells off-road vehicles and US regulations prevent us from adding on-road features such as turn signals. CFMOTO's are sold in many countries so the signal icons are on the dashboard. In the Owners Manual included with your vehicle, it highlights the signal indicator on the dashboard with the message "Available in select countries" message. Further down, the message "*Select countries (markets) are equipped with turn signals and indicators as standard equipment." US regulations do not allow us to make those active, although some people make that addition/modification on their own.

Batteries are covered under the 30-day warranty period as covered in your unit's Owner's Manual. Batteries are affected by many conditions that may degrade their performance and they need proper maintenance. They also can be affected by any aftermarket accessories that may have been added to the unit which may draw power, sometimes even when the unit is shut off.

Any operational problems you have observed driving the unit should have been brought to the attention of your local dealer. No warranty work has been submitted on this unit according to CFMOTO's records. If you feel there has been an issue with your unit from the start, please bring it into your CFMOTO dealer for inspection. If a manufacturer's defect is determined to be present, we will cover that repair even though your unit is out of warranty. A note with this information has been added to the *** record in CFMOTO's system. CFMOTO does not cover issues that are not related to a verified manufacturer's defect, are customer caused or due to mis-use/abuse.

My 2024 cfmoto uforce 1000 has been to the dealership twice for the same problems, leaking transmission output seal to the front driveshaft, severe gear rattling that will vibrate the whole machine, severe metal filings on the magnet in the rear differential, transmission and front differential ( front differential was just replaced under warranty and still has way to much backlash in the gears) the engine is producing brass filings the rear differential also has aluminum filings in the oil with metal on the drain plug. Spark plugs have different carbon deposits on them one of them signaling very lean, exhaust is glowing cherry red when running actually melting the fiberglass in the heat shield. *** owned other brands with over ******mi on them that still drove like new and the driveline in this uforce 1000 is shot after 800mi. Ill never buy a CFMoto again. According to my dealership they were submitting a warranty claim for these issues finally after giving me the runaround.

Thanks for your feedback as it gives us an opportunity to make sure things get addressed. We understand that this can be frustrating so we will work to make sure things get taken care of quickly. In conversations with the dealer, it appears that after the initial visit where they replaced the front gear case assembly, the other issues arose that you reported. It sounds like the dealership has been in contact with you to make arrangements for the unit to be brought in for a complete inspection. Any manufacturing defects identified at that time will be worked through with the CFMOTO Tech Support team to ensure they get repaired under warranty and your unit is good to go. CFMOTO has one Tech *** which will work with the dealer through this case to make sure everything is handled correctly under warranty. If any non-manufacturing defect issues are found, your dealer will discuss the best course of action on those issues with you. We apologize that you've had issues with your CFMOTO product and will work to make things 100% right. We appreciate your business and patience.

i have a 2023 CF MOTO uforce 1000xl, its been to the dealer 3 times now for the speedometer being off by at least 8 mph and it accrues more millage on the odometer. for every 1 mile its 1.3 on the odometer on the uforce. my dealer has tried everything to fix the issue and has not gotten anywhere with cf moto, the last attempt to fix it was changing out the dash. which didn't work. but it also now has reset my Millage and hours to zero. the resale value on uforce is now gone due to this, and the speedometer is still off which is very unsafe. I've reached out to CF MOTO and have gotten no help at all and will not talk to me over the phone. this needs to be fixed

We understand that the customer has concerns over the speed shown on the speedometer. Lets clarify that speedometers of this type (car and powersports) are not expected to have the precision they may be looking for. Even auto manufacturers use a standard that allows significant variability (5mph variance at 50mph). CFMOTO and the dealer went beyond what we normally would to replace two parts in an effort to establish there was nothing wrong with the unit. Speed measurement is quite complex. There are many potential areas for variances. For example, the surface the unit is driven on - blacktop vs sand or dirt, tire pressure, load on the vehicle, tire wear, changes to tire size, etc. There are not any known problems with this speedometer. The expectation that it meets a radar gun level of accuracy fails to consider the many variables above and is not reflected in any powersports industry standards. The dealer is in agreement with CFMOTO on this issue and considers their work complete.

I have a uforce 1000 been at shop 3 and half months as of now and is still there, owned for 5 months and been in shop majorityof period ive owned it...this cuts into my work not having my machine....Fuel injector goes out and washes cylinder....they FINALLY approved a rebuild kit which was on back order....they rebuilt it and blew it up again in 10min and cf moto won't answer phones or emails when I try....they now want them to pull motor and recheck everything before sending more parts...would not recommend cf moto due to horrible lengthy service, this will be my last purchase...my 1 year warranty will be up by the time I get my machine back

    CFMOTO Powersports Inc

    Date: 07/30/2024

In reviewing this case with the dealership and our Technical Support team, we have determined that in order to expedite the diagnosis and repair process, we will replace the entire longblock in the unit. This will bypass further delays in assessing what may be wrong with the unit and just replace the entire component.  We have asked the dealership to move the repair up as soon on their schedule as they can given other customer repair work they have pending.

Do note that given the reference to the unit being used for work (commercial purposes), the unit warranty is 6 months which is documented in the owner's manual. The unit has unusually high miles for a newer vehicle so starting with a new longblock will provide great value in terms of engine use.
