Have a 2024 UForce 1000XL, the engine started loosing power and a knocking started coming from the engine, as soon as the problem was detected I shut the unit off and towed it onto a trailer, I took it into the dealership and told them the issues. They told me it would need a new engine and submitted a claim #*********. VIN# ***************** CFmoto said it was due to dust in the engine by just looking at pictures, which is impossible to be user fault due to the fact that all the filters and fluids were changed regularly according to the owners manual. I believe CFmoto is just trying to get out of having to repair a faulty machine as this is the second time that it has been in the shop due to manufacturing issues.

We have reviewed the information provided and would encourage Mr. ******* to contact his local CFMOTO dealer to have his vehicle inspected and a defect in material or workmanship identified.      I am rejecting this response because:

The dealer has reached out to CF moto on multiple occasions. They have stated that the damage in the motor was not caused by dirt/dust. Cfmoto continued to reject the warranty claim without investigating how the damage occurred. CF moto continued to refuse to warranty the motor even though the dealer provided all information stating that it was not due to user error. The message ********************** responded with is a continued generic response with no legitimate diagnosis as to why they continued to deny the claim.

I discovered that there is a warranty bulletin affecting my 2023 CF MOTO 1000XL. The bulletin has an issue date of February 10 2025. It basically covers procedures to correct a throttle problem on certain CF Moto products made from *********. I have contacted ******* many times about obtaining a copy of this bulletin so that I may contact a local dealer to have these updates completed. I have been told that YES, this bulletin applies to my (VIN) vehicle ...however, numerous times I have been told that this is not a " mandatory repair " and that I will not receive any mail regarding this bulletin. I dont know who you have working in customer support but it seems they need some remedial training in matters pertaining to customers and repairs to their equipment. Now perhaps somebody will care enough to mail a copy of this bulletin to me so that I may proceed with getting repairs completed.

I am rejecting this response because:   this company is the worst I have ever had to deal with.  I have already confirmed with them the requirements per engine VIN code.  The BBB is politely being blown off and CFMOTO gets away with it..... **** ridiculous way to conduct business .....actually its pathetic !!!

Purchased CFMOTO UFORCE 1000XL on 16Oct2024. 2 months into use, vehicle starts using oil. Lots of oil. Took machine to dealer on 09Jan2025. Warranty claim was filed. Debri ingestion was listed as cause of failure. ******* denied claim stating it was owner negligence that caused issue. Loose intake hose was found during first service. Owner not at fault for lack of care in vehicle assembly, resulting in catastrophic failure of motor due to debri ingestion. Repairs should be covered under warranty.

I have a 2021 CFORCE 800XC ATV. I havent had this vehicle for a full 2 years and *** had so many problems with it and there is records of recalls on these vehicles. In the first month, I had to change the starter which costed $170. I then spend $185 replacing the gas pump. The motor, something that should not get damaged so easily, costed me $2,300 to replace because it was not working. I also had to replace sensors for another $105. I also had to replace the injectors for $297. Now I am having oil leaking from the motor. I am also having issues with the power steering and the actuator 4x4. The warranty is not covering any of this. I have incur in so many out of pocket expenses. There was a recall of about ***** units involving this model due to crash hazard. This is life-threatening. These many issues are not normal. I am beyond warranty at this point, I believe I should be reimburse for all my expenses plus the amount I paid for this vehicle. I would like a call to discuss this further.

2022 CFMOTO Uforce 1000xl purchase on 9/22 is having major electrical issues. Vehicle has about 300 miles on it. Vehicle has been with a CFMOTO dealer now for three weeks without a resolution. Dealer has reached out to CFMOTO for assistance and direction. CFMOTO has provided no direction. Vehicle is shutting off completely and ignition is not working properly. There seems to be a short somewhere that is impacting the entire vehicle. Dealer continues to work on the issue with no support from CFMOTO. Vehicle is practically brand new and has been used as intended without abuse. CFMOTO needs to provide a resolution for the unit as it is still new. Buyback or replacement of unit would be deemed acceptable as to not pass the issue on to another consumer.

** moto extended warranty denied a claim for engine failure in an off road vehicle. They are citing road debris was the cause. This is an off road vehicle. I was accused of miss use. It is a faulty intake set up.

After purchasing a CFmoto branded ***. I noticed the brakes were dragging and took the machine to the dealership where it was purchased. After diagnosing the problem as a bent brake rotor, they informed me this would not be covered since it was a non-manufacturer defect. I informed the dealership and CFmoto that this problem could not have resulted from my use as the machine only has ****************************************************** my yard and to spray a friends yard. I have tried to reach CFmoto corporate several times with no success. This is a crooked company that sells an inferior product and does not stand behind their warranty at all.
