      This place lost my appointment, picked my vehicle up late for service, LOST my keys, misdiagnosed the issue I was having. They claimed I had a shock needing replacement, (I brought it in suspecting the serpentine belt had an issue. After they looked at it a second time they discovered I was correct about the belt. The noise I was experiencing happened while idling in park-that IS NOT a shock issue.) They told my my car was done, planned to deliver it an hour past the time I was told I would have it. I went over there to check on my car suspecting they programmed my replacement key incorrectly-which they did; allowing my lost key to still be usable. I refused to accept my car, and insisted they will delete all current keys, which was now five, reprogram all 3 keys plus my aftermarket astrostart getting me back to 4 in total. No one needs access to my car besides me, I don't care how honest you think your team is. I also questioned their ability to reprogram my astrostart, and if they could not-would they pay for astrostart to reprogram? I did not receive a clear answer. The service manager, **** reluctantly said he would delete and reprogram., but told me he could not do it today. I insisted I receive it the next day. Time will tell if that actually happens. I never once received an apology., from anyone at anytime. I do not feel I was listened to or taken seriously because I am a female. I left a message for the owner and have not had my call returned. I called ****************** and reported them.In short, they lost my appt, lost my key, lost my confidence in them and lost my service. Take your business elsewhere!They received payment for the services.When I went back the following day for an update, (there was none 22 hours later) I was met with unwelcoming vibes and oh well sort of attitude. Along with blatant lies and non commitment to a time frame having my car returned. There has be no accountability and no apology or remorse-just embarrassment.

      Terrible business, Sold me a truck that immediately (within a week) had an issue with 02 sensors, called them and never heard anything at all. So I paid for that.Then during the winter I noticed a strong Oil smell coming from the cab. Valve cover gasket seal gone. Again had to pay for that, seems like other have had the same problem.Most recently I was driving a friend with stage 5 kidney disease my brakes went out. Turns out there was a recall on this truck for a problem with the master brake cylinder.I was not made aware of this when I asked if there were any recalls on this truck when I bought it. When I left them a review on ****** they said the recall was not valid at time of sale and that they wrote to me about it. It was bought on the 3rd of June and by the 14th of June, **** decided that I should get a letter telling me about the recall.I never got that, even went through my mail scans from around that date and surprisingly nothing...The official recall for my truck was in April of that year. They lied Terrible dealership and unscrupulous. I tried calling **** and they could care less as well.Honestly I love my **** but its likely the last one I will buy after this experience.
