I was executor of my friend's estate and faced the daunting task of selling his house. I was bombarded with letters and postcards from people wanting to "flip" the house, but when I received a letter from Certified Mortgage Investors (dba ****'s Renovations), I could tell that they were different. From the time I first contacted them to the final closing, they were friendly, honest, knowledgeable, and easy to work with -- a breath of fresh air!Review from Tammy B

I needed to sell my mothers house during probate and I had no experience w this process. I contacted 20 different companies, 5 that came through w an offer. ***** communication right from the get-go was straight-***************, and no hype. I researched each of these 20 candidates but I found ***** information to be exactly as he represented which I cant say for 90% of the others. So I chose to sell the house to ****. His process from beginning to the end was exactly as he stated it would be good communication, quick turnaround from offer to purchase agreement, ************** for me out of state. **** is very personable and has integrity that comes through in each aspect of the business process, including giving a fair and reasonable offer that was within the current market rate. Our family was tasked with selling my deceased Aunts house. None of us had the expertise of remodeling an older outdated home and getting it ready to sell. We knew that we would have to sell it most likely at a discounted price. So, we invited four different companys (who pay cash, cover all the costs, and close quickly) to take a look in hopes of receiving at least a couple offers. We received 4 offers and were very disappointed in 3 of them which were extremely low. The only serious offer we received was from Certified Mortgage Investors, Co. We thought it was a fair offer, so we accepted it. We worked with ***** from start to finish and was extremely happy as he kept in touch throughout the whole process and before we knew it, we were sitting at the closing table. It turned out to be an easy process for our family, and we are grateful to them for making it so worry-free. We would highly recommend CMI.Review from Andrea S

Sold a relative's home which needed extensive repairs and updates to ***. Working with a local, experienced company made something that felt overwhelming actually quite simple. CMI was very responsive and turnaround from first contact to offer to purchase agreement was quick and easy. Communication was respectful and thorough.
