      Mayo Clinic advertising FREE Fatty Liver Diet. There is nothing FREE about there plans or anything else I could see. An internet search will easily show that this is Deceptive advertising. Just type in FREE fatty liver diet and look at their listing.

      Mayo Clinic Diet used autorenewal without a courtesy reminder. Also, their website hides the option to cancel so well, that I still can't find it. There is no phone number to call. Everything is online only. I regret that I signed up for the program. It is awful and I never used it. The last thing I wanted was to renew it. I am complaining because I believe their business practice is unethical. It's unethical to use fine print to say a subscription will auto-renew and hide the cancellation option. Therefore, I want my renewal money back.

       Better Business Bureau:

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

      I had a complaint about Mayo Clinic Diet.  They have since responded directly to me and cancelled my subscription and are refunding my money.  No further action needs to be taken.  Matter is resolved.

      My daughter ******* is 25 yrs old. My wife is her guardian. **** has struggled with mental illness sence around age 11 due to a traumatic event in her life. She has borderline personality disorder. **** has been treating Kait sense she was diagnosed. When **** struggles and needs medical care our family has depended on mayo for their expertise in mental health. **** has had multiple attempts to take her life and has come close a few times. ( All Kait has ever wanted is someone to help her feel better. Just about every faculty shes been at really dont know what to do for her. To make a very long story a little shorter. When **** goes to the hospital for help she usually struggles a bit for the first couple weeks or so. She will try to leave or run away. Or can get combative with staff. When this happens Kait really has no control over it. Her mind enters a place thats not normal behavior for her. . Mayo Clinic Tochester Mn want to refuse all future medical care to Kait because of this NOW. **** has never made a big deal of this until now.. I personal feel that Mayo Clinic is giving up on her. Im gonna be 100 percent honest . If this happens I got a bad feeling when **** finds she will kill herself at Mayo Clinics expence. How a world renowned hospital can just give on somebody that just wants to feel better I have no idea. If you would like to hear more of the story please give me a call. Thank *************************. I do have documents stating there refused to care for **** in the future

      The ***** alert list and my intentional cancer pre diagnosis. The list was chosen by *** so that the cancer would develop as those kids where buried alive. Now they plan to switch me out with one of the fallen seal team six members who is in the reeds behind xcel in ******** ** so it's easy to say the culprit is the coroners office

      I had medical services at Mayo Clinic in ********* ********* on July 13. I have sent the Mayo billing department my insurance billing information and they have not billed the insurance.Bills should be sent to: Advocate Aurora Health at P.O. Box ******, *****, ********* ***** phone #************, payor #*****, ********** Blue Shield ID #************, Group # B12709 or billed through the Epic Advocate/Mayo websit. The ************* at Advocate has not receiived any claims for the bill totally $1447.50. Part of that **** was sent to collections at **************************** $516.50 I have repeatedly asked them to bill this insurance but they have not. They said they billed BC/BS no Advocate Aurora Health who manages my BCBS. I have asked for this to be sent to the escalation department at Mayo and have been told it will take 2-3 business days and they would call me. If they call me during my teaching I cannot talk with them. And yet, others in the billing office do not offer other advice on how to better manage this situtation.

      6/6/2023, I visited mayo clinic ********* for a well check physical. My Dr as normal discussed my health and any health concerns. I'm now not being charged a physical but an office visit. I was not made aware of this ahead of time and as in all my previous appointments did as usual. I want a complaint filed with mayo. This also happened to my husband on his 6/26/2023 appointment his labs were covered but not the appointment. This is costing me out of my pocket when it should not. I'm very upset over this.

      My neurologist retired and in the past I had seen a specialist at Mayo Clinic ************. I just need her to repeat my MRIS in order to find another neurologist in my area. Mayo Clinic is not accepting any advantage ******** plans. I tried to get an exception with them since the specialist is aware of my health conditions and the answer was NO. Change to regular ********. No options Who cares that your neurologist retired ??

      I was referred to go to the pain clinic by a **** doctor. The pain clinic denied me because I was once a patient at a different pain clinic. I think this is terrible that they can turn people away like this. So even though I was referred by their own doctor to go there, that department denied me from going because I was once a patient at a different pain clinic. One that I no longer go to. And to file a complaint through them is another joke. All they do is relay my frustration to they department. Like they really care. They clearly dont want to work if they have no problem turning people away. I feel they discriminated against me.

       I am rejecting this response because:

      They have not reached out for a resolution. They point blank told me they will not see me in the pain clinic because I use to belong to a different pain clinic. How is that working with me.? I dont understand how they can turn people away like this. I would love to contact the *** to tell them how that place is being ran. 

      The doctor refuses to do a peer to peer with his own pain clinic he said according to his nurse. 

      I am extremely disappointed in Mayo. I use to have high expectations for them but not anymore.

      I joined this diet program in March 2023. After joining this program, I noticed that I was not losing weight and was experiencing lightheadedness. After checking my blood sugar, I noticed that it had become extremely elevated. In speaking with my doctor, he explained that some of the information provided in the plan contained high levels of sugar. I explained this to the Mayo Clinic Diet plan and that I wanted to discontinue my membership and was told that I couldn't although their program is harmful to my health. They continue to try to access my bank account each month althrough I've told them not to.
