      The Mayo Clinic is a joke!! They made us fill out a form and waste time for a call only to tell us they don't take our insurance. They were given our insurance info up front and knew it prior to and still made us wait. They said it was a $5000 out of pocket expense to begin the process with them and no cap for expenses. There was no talk of if or how they could help us, just what money we had. They should be ashamed and for the middle and lower class you are nothing to them. Our society is in a downward spiral and May Clinic is adding to the demise of life!!

      1 Endocrinologist in *******. Months of waiting only to get a phone call 3 hours before my scheduled appointment the Doctor wasnt unable to see me in person. I could reschedule and wait another 3 months though.

      Mayo Clinics *****, I was treated for a sinus infection for 2 years. How can you have any confidence in your treatment when it takes 2 years to treat a sinus infection.Good luck seeing a doctor. And if you do there is a chance there will be extra charges, stealing from Medicare.I thought nurse practitioners were to help ease the load on doctors not replace ******* appears to me that it all about making as much money as possible.And if you have chronic pain good luck, I have a traumatic brain injury and suffer from headaches that can last for weeks. They wanted to try a list of anti depressants that caused a list of side effects. I still have the headaches and they offered nothing to help relieve the pain and I have given up on ever getting any relief, and I am tired of being treated like a drug addicted person seeking drugs. And the doctor I have seen some were condescending. I am currently looking to find a non Mayo Clinic for treatment. They really do ****.

      Be extremely cautious when scheduling with ********* ***** ****** ************************************************************************************ a hurry. Furthermore, extremely racist provider. Word for word that she stated that she prefers to work with patients that arent Caucasian because of the difficulty behind the questions they ask. Very rude provider. However, she is very straightforward and she will tell you how she feels.

      Kind of 'meh'. You hear about the vaunted Mayo and their **** but anytime you try to see someone for care or an issue, they say they are not taking anymore patients or they are full, or just don't want to treat you. But I still get mailings from **** asking for donations. Why?

      I have a complaint regarding their business office. They are way too aggressive when trying to collect money for medical bills. I am a hard working, honest person doing the best I can at the moment. I try to make monthly payments of what I still owe, yet the business office is constantly calling & leaving messages. And I don't even owe that much! It's really ridiculous and offensive!

      Absolutely nothing but the very best of care for me. I had a double lung transplant last December 2023 and have had absolutely no problems with my care or with my health. I credit the Mayo clinic with saving my life. Absolutely the very best of care from and everyone!. Welcoming, caring attention from when I encountered the check in guy at the front desk and through the 100 or so doctors, nurses and assistants I saw before I checked out. Some of the care I had to have, involved changing my bed pan after severe diarrhea several times in the same night on the same persons shift and wiping and washing my bottom several times a day Every single encounter day after day was professional and comforting. You can't ask for better, I am sorry if the care others claim wasn't up to their liking, but mine continues to exceed my expectations. Praise GOD, Mayo in ********* and my PRAYER WARRIORS!

      The drs are liars, they give you treatment and surgeries without fully explaining the outcome and intentionally use words that they know you wont understand. When I complained about the treatment they chose for me. The doctor looked at me and said we specifically use words we know patients wont understand so they will get their surgeries faster. They told me I would be healed in two weeks from surgery. Its been 10 months and I still cant walk normally, please stay far away from this greedy hospital and its unethical doctors.

      Medical professionals may know what they are doing but the customer service people there can't even change a phone number on account. Good help is hard to find everywhere though.
