After a mayo team poisoned my fiance for 3 plus years giving her medications that clearly made her ill. 2 weeks under the care of a marshfield doctor has made remarkable change and all this doctor has done is removed her from the medications her mayo team could not determine were causing an issue. 8 plus person team of Mayo doctors cannot figure out that the medication they are giving a patient is making them sick. For 3 plus years. While seeing the patient every 3 months and patient has provided journal on multiple occasions and review of this medication journal shows side effects immediately within 10 minutes of taking medication. People put there trust in you to not make these mistakes and definitely not leave someone suffering for years. People need to understand that just because this group has a couple good locations means nothing. And after reviewing some of the comments and reviews posted here it solidifies the fact that many of this companies clinics should not even be open due to incompetent staff. It's insanity and a medical provider that cannot take responsibility for the mistakes of the incompetent people in there hire they should not be allowed to hire anyone. These people make too much money to be allowed stupid incompetent mistakes left simply by laziness. If a new doctor with a different clinic can figure many of your errors in a 1 hour first visit you've obviously failed as doctors and have simply proven you have complete care teams that are completely incompetent because if 1 person can pick this out of 8 none of them are qualified. It's not rocket science. You failed. Period

These people need to be sued civilly and charged with fraud and attempted extortion, criminally. Them being world-class, hardly! I pity you if you are traveling to seek treatment from these miscreants. Absolutely horrible experience with billing, and the care has been nothing to write home about. The charges I have received are well above market value for identical or even higher quality care available from different facilities in the same city. I went to this facility as it was the one that my insurance company recommended. The charges that I have received after my insurance has covered their measly portion are higher than if I had paid completely out of pocket at other local facilities and the billing department is absolutely unwilling to see reason, take market value into account, price match other facilities, or accept paid in full offers less than 90% of the original bill!I cannot believe that the charges have been so incredibly high! I would never have chosen care from this facility if I had known the charges beforehand. Seek care elsewhere and do not hesitate to run in the other direction. I transferred care and have been receiving better quality of care for a small fraction of the cost! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

They will send your bill to collections even if you have been making payments. All because it's not the payment they want and yes that is what the rude lady told me. I wasn't able to pay the amount they wanted so she sent it to collections.

MY FRIEND AND I ARE BOTH PATIENTS OF THE ROCHESTER AND ********** CLINIC FOR OVER 15 YEARS.LOCAL DOCTORS CAN BE JUST AS KNOWLEDGABLE AS MAYO STAFF.ITS *********** TEST THAT ARE MORE DIFFICULT TO GET LOCALLY. HOWEVER, EVEN WITH THE EXTENSIVE TESTING IT WAS OF NO VALUE IN FINDING A DIAGNOSIS FOR EITHER OF US.WE HAVE VERY DIFFERENT CONDITIONS AND ARE IN DIFFERENT DEPARTMENTS THE OBSERVATION IS THEY MAKE PROMISES THAT ARE UNKEPT.I LOUDLY AND CLEARLY INFORMED MAYO THAT I WOULD NOT BE SUBMITTING MY RECORDS FOR ACCEPTANCE AS A PATIENT IF THEY HAVE NOT SEEN A PATIENT IN THE PAST WITH MY CONDITION. THEY ACCEPTED MY REQUEST TO BE SEEN AND ALSO THEY ASSURED ME THEY COULD HELP.THAT WAS A BLATANT LIE. $5000 DOLLARS WORTH OF TESTING AND NO ABILITY TO IMPROVE MY QUALITY OF LIFE.FURTHERMORE, I HAD BEEN TOLD TO RETURN IF CONDITION WORSENED OR TO CHECK FOR BREAKTHROUGH TREATMENTS FROM RESEARCH.THAT WAS A LIE.AFTER MULTIPLE REQUEST TO GET APPOINTMENT I WAS DENIED. NO SPECIFICS WERE GIVEN WHY THE DENIAL AFTER ALL DOCTORS GAVE ME A OPEN INVITATION.THIS IS A CATTLE CALL OPERATION, THE EFFICIENCY OF THE TESTING SCHEDULES IN IMPECCABLE. THE HUGE VOLUMES OF PATIENTS THAT ARE SEEN ON A CONVEYER BELT SYSTEM IS ASTONISHING. MASSES OF PEOPLE MOVED THROUGH BLOOD DRAWING AND IMAGING IS HUGE.I HONESTLY WISH I HAD TAPE RECORDED MY CONVERSATIONS WHEN THEY SAID THEY COULD HELP. I FEEL LIKE A REFUND WOULD BE MORE THAN FAIR, IT WAS A WASTE OF TIME AND TRAVEL THEY CANT REPLACE. THEY MARKET THESE FACILITIES PERFECTLY.THEY MAKE UNKEPT PROMISES THEY REFUSE TO DO CASE STUDIES FOR MY FRIEND AND MYSELF BECAUSE IT TARNISHES THEIR REPUTATION BY NOT BEING ABLE TO DIAGNOSIS OUR CONDITIONS OR HELP IN QUALITY OF LIFE. THEY MENTION THEY ARE CASE STUDIES IN CONFIDENCE, BUT DO NOT PERSUE THEM.THEY ALSO STATE THAT THEY WILL NOT REFER,,, FOR EXAMPLE TO ********* CLINIC OR *************************. Extremely disappointed in Mayo Clinic. My sister has been in there for almost a month. ****** claimed only given her a sponge bath one time. Shes getting bedsores she said several surgeries not to mention defecation in her bed several times. Theyve put a cap on her head and washed her hair two times in one month. I do not recommend this clinic. They are not Providing proper care. They put her on the wrong pain medication that couldve killed her alone. How can a Hospital this expensive have errors? How could ANY hospital? Have errors like this? Unacceptable absolutely unacceptable !!!If you have to go to this hospital, make sure you have someone there that has a POA that can watch every single move they make. Or every move that they dont make.I would give them no zeros if I could

Mayoclinic does not comply with their mission statement at all, as noted they have become more concerned about collecting money upfront versus patient treatment I heard them tell patients you need to give us ******** - ********* to patients who had letter of approvals for insurance coverage, when someone goes to be treated at such a facility who brags about top notch and best in the world, they have lost that - as some doctors there do nothing but "act like they maybe treating you" however, they form an opinion without having or listening to all chief complaints, and reviewing imaging. I was completely harassed and discriminated against because I am a "woman" and the Neurologist has NO time for me, however, I went to a follow up appointment with a surgeon 2 hours later who confirmed I had a "LIFE THREATENING SPINAL STENOSIS" and required surgery and confirmed that the Neurologist who told me nothing was wrong at Mayoclinic was incorrect. I filled a complaint with **** and they had NO interest in investigating, they told me that this doctor had been there for 30 years and it's his opinion, however, people, be aware IF I would have FOLLOWED / LISTENED to him I would have walked away thinking it was all psychological and ended up in a wheel chair or it would have killed me - this is NOT QUALITY CARE - its completely NEGLIGENCE / ABUSE.

I have recently had the absolute honor of being a patient at the Mayo Clinic **********. The care has been outstanding! From Dr. ****************** ************, ************, the nurses, phlebotomists, support staff, even valet have all been amazing! They don't just care about your physical health but your mental and emotional health as well. The care I have been receiving compared to my previous care at other hospitals has been night and day.
