This is s scam company. The account they claim is mine isn't mine. I disputed the account and it was proven not mine yet it remains on my credit report.. I'm NEVER pay it, I have to explain this to each creditor I want to use.. It's amazing to me that a collection company can fraud an account and place it on the credit bureau. The system is broken, needs to be fixed.

IC Systems has unlawfully reported an alleged debt to credit bureaus without my authorization, violating FCRA 15 U.S.C. § 1681b. Under 15 U.S.C. § 1692g, you have failed to provide proper validation, including a signed contract, legal ownership, and a detailed accounting. Pursuant to 15 U.S.C. § 1692c(c), I demand that you cease all communication and collection efforts immediately. Under 15 U.S.C. § 1692i, you lack legal standing to collect this debt, making any further action unlawful. Reporting unverified or inaccurate debt violates FCRA 15 U.S.C. § 1681s-2, requiring immediate deletion from my credit report. This complaint is being formally reported to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) for investigation.IC System, Inc.

I just received a call from IC Systems company, spoke with Joseph, first of all, he sounded miserable. After I told him I wasn't going to make a payment today he straight hung up on me lol. I can't wait to get another call from these losers, and I can't want to hang up on you in the middle of your intro.IC System, Inc.

Worst company, if it even a legit company. Out of nowhere I get a collection on my credit bureau. I call to find out what the collection is for. Turns out for a company I never used. They main request from this company is to find my personal information. I believe this is a scam company. Everytime I was asked a question the representative would over talk me as to confuse any recording they where doing. Then they hang up on you. Multiple times I had to tell the representative not to talk over me then she just hung the phone up. Just send a dispute to your credit bureau and let them take care of the issue. Don't do buisness with this companyIC System, Inc.

1 starI wish I had contacted BBB before paying part of the bill. i've looked into it now and contacted the company (My care Express) say turned my info them for them to collect a fraugent debt. Called what I thought was the company and sure enough, they know nothing and will put in my records, but wait there were no records as we never used this eyeglass company. So, who is going to give me my 55.19 back the answer is no one! I was swindled. I think both companies Myeye care Express and IC Systems are fraud, scammers, and swindlers.Review fromBetty D.

This company violates The Fair Debt Collection Practices, in particular, # 806, Harassment or Abuse, and also # 807, False or misleading representations. I have received repeated calls in the past. Because I could prove they had no business with me, they promised to have my business cell number removed from their 'call list'. Today, they texted me stating "A communication from IC System, a debt collector, concerning your Rhode Island Energy account at this link..........to call #### This is an attempt to collect a debt......." This is misleading or in reality, it is a lie! They try their very best to obtain my information and keep in mind, I don't really know who is on the other end of the phone. After a very grouchy conversation, they again said they would eliminate my phone number from their 'call list'. This is the 3rd time. At this point, I am looking for an attorney. Unscrupulous and shoddy company with shady legal issues surrounding their business practices!!IC System, Inc.

Know your rights! Collection companies CONSTANTLY violate collection laws, they hope you don't know and keep going. Here's some examples of what this company does: Final bill (as requested) date: Jun 27, 2024 from utility company. ICSystems date on their letter to me: July 12, 2024. I was given less than a week to pay a bill, law says default 30 days if there's no due date. Right off the bat, they purchase an unlawful collection. They call my father, who ON A RECORDED CALL told them I can't be reached at that number and to not call again. They called again, left a voicemail, and again, left a voicemail, and again, left a voicemail. Number the utility has on the account was 319, this collectors calling a 720. That's a general Google search, the google search alone was all I needed to fight a collector in federal court, they dont recognize that as a legal collection attempt, you think you stand a chance? Up to $1500 restitution for calling family members, for a $152 bill you're paying out close to $6k, and the bill will be dismissed due to your actions. I'm paying it cause it's an extra slap in the face when you pay it back, and just out of spite so you have to pay more, I'm gonna get a collection attorney, consultation states it's an automatic win, especially if I pay it before we go. They don't make money off me, they make money off you if they win... I've seen your other defensive responses, explain why you purchased a debt after it's only been a debt for a week with no due date, and why your calling numbers your told NOT TO CALL. No, WE don't have to fill out a form to tell you it's the wrong person, YOU need to do YOUR job. I know what number you were provided off the account, you didn't even use.the number provided.IC System, Inc.

i was on Affordable Connection Program for low income and paying 30 month. Then all of a sudden I was being charge for UVerse and asked to return digital equip. I had an acp router from ATT. MaybeATT should not be listed to help ACP progtram. They seem to then bill low income peeps who are on ACP in the first place. They also have no corp office that you can physically go to in san diego. What a joke! ATT mobility is a LLC co. Maybe the proprietor of that co should be reported to the Secy of State for fraud and civil right violations of low income peeps. Its illegal and against our american civil righjts. maybe if the call center wasnt in another country then things /communication and language barriers would not be a prob. I bought 2 phones and 2 watches and was charged another line and another phone which went god knows where and my watch stopped working after a week due to router/wifi/service and for not paying UVerse which i never had. Called them due to some items that showed up on my credit report. I asked them to tell me what the debt was for and was told that I needed to pay $1 to have them run the report as they couldn't pull the info. Found out afterwards that they lied and that the $1 was to sign me up for some stupid credit monitoring subscription called Identity IQ, and then noticed that after 7 days I would be charged a monthly fee of $27.99. I told them to immediately cancel that. The rep straight up lied even after I asked her multiple times why they didn't have the info in front of them on their computer. Finally after arguing with the rep they gave me the actual number I needed to call to actually discuss the debt. If you call them don't let them BS you with their lies as the person who answers the phone can't even help and their only job is to try and sell you product. Just tell them you need to know where to pay the debt off and they will then give you the number. Any other conversation is just them trying to sign you up for stupid stuff. Wasted 25 minutes dealing with their lying rep.IC System, Inc.
