Replaced piece of siding on front of garage. Took a few weeks to get product, but excellent workmanship! We would use them again.

I was very satisfied with highmark. Yes there were bumps along the way but the project manager Vic was responsive and professional at each step. The crew did a very good job on a tricky and uneven area around the garage that needed custom flashing. As a result I know longer have water in the garage when it rains. So I give them high marks for efficiency, skill, and responsiveness

The majority of the finished product is fine. It took a lot of fixes to get to that point and I still have damages though. I lost trust with the company pretty early on. Some issues include porch railings never reattached and swinging, exterior light fixtures kept falling away from the house, damaged window screens, air vent covers damaged further during the work but not replaced. All of these were resolved after numerous back and forth. Highmark forgot to finish a section of my neighbor’s roof several weeks after roof was replaced and I caught it, visible from my yard. I was going to look into having gutters installed, but the project manager never sent me the quote, even asking numerous times for it, only verbally told me the number, each time the price was higher. That was my biggest moment to not have Highmark do any more work than what we already have contracts for. The project was done in winter, so once spring and summer came, I could find the remaining damages left behind. Nails were never cleaned up during the siding. I had to replace a car tire and my dog cut their paw. A retaining wall has shifted almost an inch due to the stress from the scaffolding. I have a couple of chips in vinyl around a window. Both outdoor spigot piping now slide in and out from the house and one leaks even with the water turned off. Glass, nails, and sharp blades covered my yard and in my garden beds. One of my garden beds have cracks due to it being used as a support to cut siding by the crew. These issues I’m taking care of because I do not want to work with Highmark again. I got a very strong vibe that our point of contact didn’t care for us during the work, maybe that I was too annoying to point out these issues or that they didn’t like the payment methods from my insurance and mortgage. Either way, the house looks pretty, but I’m just ready to move on to a different company if I ever need to.
