    We had bought my daughters 2012 ************ from hwy 47 auto and had purchased GAP coverage in case anything happened. Unfortunately my daughter hit a deer and the car was totaled. My insurance company(progressive )sent hwy 47 the statement informing them of this back at the end of April this yr. I was told this was what was needed to get refund of GAP. I spoke to ***** several times about what's needed and she informed me the check was coming back to her any day and she would mail it to us. I have called this place wondering for months now, wondering where it is, what is going on. I even spoke to the new owners girlfriend and she said she'd get to bottom of this. Here we are 5 months later, noone can tell me anything, I have not received my refund of GAP coverage and I feel they are stonewalling me. I would like to know why they won't give me the refund I deserve, I have paid for it and it is theft that they are not returning it.

    ****** - We have since called you twice to express the next steps and have not heard back. This is a direct issue with the *** warranty company needing a copy of the lien release so that they know to refund us and NOT ******************* whom you had your loan through. I left a detailed voicemail explaining this about a week ago and have not heard back. Please get in touch asap. Thanks. -Allie
