The front desk staff *******(not sure thats her name, she said over the phone when I called who can i provide my feedback from earlier experience) indirectly refused my wife and kids scheduled services, not a new patient. So my wife went there for my two kids appointments and I already uploaded updated insurance pictures both sides and my wife also took the physical insurance card with her and the front desk lady told them to wait and have them wait 45+ mins till my wife called me about the issue. One of my kid out of bored of fell sleep under the chair as their waiting area has nothing to offer for two kids to wait and spend 45mins in the waiting area. When I asked my wife to hand over the phone to the lady, ******* said she is super busy and overbooked today and was yelling at me why I didnt do everything on Saturday but i told her I already uploaded pictures where it asks me to do exactly in the app. App did not ask anything extra she was expecting me to do. She was being rude and racist as were part of a minority group living in Woodbury. I never had any issues with any other provider before and none of them take hours to figure out insurance. I told her you can literally find insurance by ssn dob and last name and my wife also took the physical card and i uploaded them before hand. I have no idea what was her intention not to provide us services and made my wife waited 45mins past appointment time as it was a working day during office hours we all have other things to do and not just wait under a racist front desk who appeared to be the office manager when I asked if i can speak to someone to get help. She has been very rude and disrespected my wife in front of other patients and our own kids. If she doesnt know how to add or find insurance she should have proper training or should not work if she is not capable of provide proper customer service

The staff is friendly and courteous but Beware,they're after your money and request payment before any procedures are even done. I had a cleaning (2 day-never heard of that) and walked out of there with a blown up face from way too much novocane. The swelling finally subsided after 6 hours after cold packs. I won't be going back. Now they have my card and afraid of what to expect!
