      Kudos to ****** for responding to my texts on Sunday and making sure I got the unit I needed when I needed it. He was personable and professional. He was easy to understand trust. Keep him on your staff. Employees like him are hard to find. I next want to give the highest review rating possible to **** and ******** They both were also professional and personable. ******** loved on my dog, which Ranger loved. **** even overcame his fear of dogs to pet Ranger. And got licks on his hand.Then verified the situation. They got the unit in-place with no issues. Getting the door switched to the other side was a challenge. But only because the person who designed the freezer unit clearly never had to actually switch the door from Left opening to Right.They figured out the process and got the job done. I am more than satisfied with their excellence.

      Purchased a new dishwasher from the Concord Plaza location. Specifically asked about if their installers were licensed plumbers/contractors. A few months after the install, learned I had a slow leak from the dishwasher created by the way the dishwasher was attached to the main line and it was not tightened. The slow leaking went into my finished basement and ruined drywall that will need to be fixed. After going to the store and calling the store twice, I have not heard from the manager or anyone involved with installation. I have had to pay $400 for this to be fixed and that doesnt include the drywall repairs needed. This is on top of the $150 install which I feel should not even be charged given the issues Ive discovered.

      I bought 3 appliances from appliance discounters. ******************** came with operational manuals. ** smart dishwasher did not. My daughter sent me a ******** downloaded the manual but still having trouble running it. Appliance discounters tell me its user error. ** says it will charge me for the visit if nothing mechanically is found wrong. I think it may be electronic. Anyway after spending $750, now I will be charged to find out what I am doing wrong, if anything. Appliance discounters says its not their problem

      I will never buy from here or any other appliance discounter store again, period. I have nothing more to add except pure dissatisfaction for this company.
