5 starsREADING THE BAD REVIEWS IT IS CLEARLY OBVIOUS THAT THEY ARE MAD AND STUPID because they did not get their way. ESPECIALLY THE ONE WHO LEFT a clearly dumb review on 4//30/25. It is very obvious she is a Karen who is mad because she is not getting her way. My husband and I sat through the 2-hour presentation, and it was more pr less close to 3 hours but that's because we did ask questions and we almost bought into the program but with our kids going off to school and paying for that we did not want to stretch ourselves thin. We had a great experience, everyone was nice and professional, and we got everything promised with no hassle. So, to anyone please do not pay attention to the 1-star reviews, they are clearly not educated and mad because they did not get their way. If you like to travel and want to travel more than I would consider membership ownership, it's still way cheaper than renting. Just do not base anything off the negative Ken's and Karen's because that is not fair to you and your family, or the company.Review fromJill B

1 starHorrible experience. They lied from the beginning to the end and cannot offer what they claim. All they want is to acquire the equity of your time share and have you spend even more money on their product. Then they send in someone who pretends hes just seeing you as a favor as you werent on his schedule (****) who spins a good tale but in the end leaves to bring in the hard sell (*****) who is obnoxious and rude and so impatient and angry that its contagious but who also lies and wants you to sign off on the equity of your timeshare and then threatens you if you dont. Then they send in the third guy who wants to know if they can lock in the price they previously offered for two years! What? We got out of there as fast as we could. I have never had an experience with a time share company that was so unpleasant and so disreputable. I should have read the reviews before we went. My stupidity. And dont even get me started on the jerk who forced this 120 minutes presentation on us by offering discounted show tickets (******). What a scam. Stay away from this company.Review fromSteve S

5 starsAs I read some of the 1-star reviews, I cannot help but laugh at the ignorance's of whiny people who are mad because they did not get there way. Thanks for the laugh 1-star reviews because we went through the presentation and it was nothing what you said. How does it feel to be wrong? Some folks whine over Maintenace fees going up, let me educate you for a second for anyone who has ever bought a 2nd home, vacation home, you pay taxes and insurance. Do they go down, stay the same? No, they go up, so yes anyone who buys into a membership program and pays yearly dues, yes, they go up, anyone with a brain knows this. Read your contract at closing of the presentation and if you have questions ask them at the time, why would anyone not read something before they sign. That makes zero sense. Once you pay off your membership mortgage, your just left with the yearly dues, which allows you to travel anywhere and everywhere still cheaper than renting. You just deposit your points into ********************** and pay the exchange fee, so folks instead of being ignorant and think something is a scam or a rip off, try actually educating yourself and realize that membership ownership is actually a good deal if you want to travel and make memories with your family. VS renting and actually paying more. Try going to ****** for a week (lodging only) for under $400 WITHOUT using a timeshare or membership program. You can't BUT guess what I can. So am I happy member, yes, and I have referred others to the program who have also benefited as well, so to anyone else pay zero attention the 1-star reviews, they are clearly ignorant and mad because they did not get there way. Take it for our family we bought into the program, and we love it.Review fromBob S

1 starI went to buy discount show tickets was told I just needed to go to a 2 hr presentation. Got there at 8:15 and got the tickets just before 12 pm. Look I purchased Silver Dollar *************** with $5 off. The other shows were a bonus. My wife had no interest purchasing as their location feels like an Inn. *************** have the feel of luxury. Yes not thrilled about maintenance fees going up but they use scare tactics about perpetual fees being charged if we cancel our current timeshare. Hers the thing, we know many that cancelled successfully albeit it took a year at little cost. Didnt feel like arguing with them. There points are a lot lower & offering to charge way more then u paid in what i own. Grounds should feel like a resort not like a cheap hotel too. Then 2 manager trying to convince us to trade that we get rid of cancellation fees. 3rd guy comes in trying to get us to pay $450 to reserve a week within 2 yrs saying we will get shows too. I think it was about getting their money back in gifts. I think they wear people down and if they say 120 minutes stick to it. Lost time at ****************** which is my vacation. You also think maybe they are being more honest in Bible Belt. lol they are notReview fromKarla J

1 starAs I write this, I have just read a multitude of reviews all voicing the same exact issues that we have had and are still having. Smooth, slick, lying salesmen who go 90 miles an hour as do the people you go in to sign the contract with that makes you liable for your decisions. They promise you everything then deliver NOTHING. Do not be caught up in this mess as we were and we consider ourselves intelligent individuals. ***** does protect their elders from fraud and exploitation and we plan to follow through with this in various venues. If we could find enough people to post a billboard near the office warning people away from going in major debt with no product delivered we would and will do it. There are specific areas you have to initial to vouch that you don't believe you have been "scammed" in any that protects them not you when after the sale THEY DO NOTHING. We are not done with this. As to the staff at Nantucket in *******, the actual resort, we have nothing but the highest praise. However, the people on top of the hill are nothing more than scam artists and thieves.Review fromJessica S

1 starDo not purchase from this company. We had a contract with them for $17,000. We were told we needed to come back in and redo our contract because they no longer went through a Deed of Trust. We went back in and was scammed into a $40,000 contract. We were told that they would find us lenders to finance our loan and would pay about $400 a month. We have yet to get a hold of anyone and now pay $1100 a month. We have tried our salesman and the supervisor several times and cannot get anyone to help us. There is a lot more to this story, but to much to type.Review fromCarol C

1 starWe were long time *** owners and were absolutely SCAMMED by Branson Nantucket. Traded our *** in on their package with promises we would save hundreds on maintenance fees, still be able to use RCI properties that we were use to booking and we would receive points comparable to the *******/yr we had with ***. Just as our *** trade in was final we received notice that Nantucket would no longer be affiliated with ***. What a SCAM!! Also. We did not receive comparable points as they had promised us. Many letters to the ******************************** was no help at all. Its now been over 3 years and we have yet to book even one stay because of unavailability. Worst of all I have NEVER called Nantucket to try and book that anyone EVER answered the phone. Its ALWAYS voicemail promising to call you back. Which is either days later or not at all. This place has nice accommodations because we stayed there many times with our ***. But owning at Nantucket is the biggest Scam EVER!Review fromGwendolyn W

1 starI went to Branson and they said I was disqualified from receiving the package because I was still married. So they would give me complimentary coupons instead. I used one coupon for a photo shoot and not the rest. They charged me $168,00 and they took this out of my bank account. I want to let others know not to deal with these people.Review fromLinda F

1 starThey talked me into this last week on 9/16/24. I got home on 9/17 and immediately sent a certified letter to cancel the contract within the five days after I signed the contract. Have been calling often, no answer. Jumping right on this as the many bad reviews on the BBB web page. More to come I'm sure.Review fromBobby and Nancy P

1 starWe listened to a presentation in 2017 and we decided to cancel. They threw up everything in our face with what made them unhappy. We went again 2 years ago and we were not staying there. After we bought points for 2700 dollars to see if we wanted it or not. We did go to the reservation 08/27/2024 and we were asked why we were here. According to the Nantucket resort follow up that would be the case. When we got into the office with the person (we cannot recall his name) told us we are wasting his time coming here. My husband pointed out the notice and in response he told us that is not correct and now he had to spend 2 hours with us. We offered us to leave but he would not let us continuing to tell us we are wasting his time. He kept pointing his finger at my husband saying that we couldn't leave and thus they got into a verbal disagreement. After a while my husband did not engage with him anymore and we just couldn't leave. We were able to finally leave after the time was up.
