My wife and I visited Lifetime Destinations in ******* ******** today and it was one of the worst experiences we have ever had at one of these type places. The first lady we talked to was very nice. The guy that came in next tried to get us to purchase. We told him we werent interested. He asked why. We said we didnt want it. He told us we were just lying that there had to be a reason we did not want to buy into their program . He was rude & arrogant. My Wife told him he had a bad attitude. He told her she did too. I then told him he needed an attitude adjustment. He replied are you going to give it to me. Wow! I will never go back there again. If this guy worked for me I would fire him on the spot. I just wanted to let everyone know what this place is like.Review from Wilbert S

AVOID BRANSON NANTUCKET ************ misrepresents the truth about their shady deals. We were told in our first visit that there was a way for us to terminate two timeshares that we previously had and that we would get the help from their associates to do so. We paid money to their associates but did not get any help. We were also told that we could terminate our Nantucket contract without any problems. In July 2024, we paid $79.00 for a 4 night hotel stay with gifts which included a face-to-face meeting with a salesperson. We were told that timeshares were ending and we had to agree to a new contract with a different Lifetime Destination product. We just wanted to get out of the previous contract because fees would increase as a way to force us to enroll with Nantucket as Lifetime Destinations participants. Paying off the contract would mean that we would end up with nothing at all for our money because we were not interested in giving Nantucket any additional money. The Nantucket director decided to replace the salesman in this meeting. Not only was he rude to us but he upset my wife. When the director went to his office to get some information, my wife went into the hall to get a drink because she was not feeling well and she had become stressed by the way the director talked to us.When the director returned, our conversation became heated. He then asked where my wife was. I told him she was still there but just around the corner and that I would get her.He said that is not how this business works. He said that she has to be sitting there when he returned. He canceled our gifts and charged us the full price for four nights because my wife was not sitting there when he returned. We checked out of the hotel after that meeting which was only the second night. This director charged our credit card for four nights at full price, the cost of a gift that we did not receive as a way to punish us for not accepting his rudeness.AVOID THIS BUSINESS!!!Review from Michael M

Went and sat through their 3 hour presentation. After they presented us with contracts I asked if we could discuss it in private so they put us in an office. It was then that I looked them up on the on the Better Business Bureau and everything they promised me people were promised the same thing . Never delivered on those promises. So we told them no and asked for our free gifts. The salesman, who was really friendly and tried to be helpful then turn real mean and nasty once we told him no he kept pressuring us wanting to know what the real reason was because he didnt believe what we were telling him so it got pretty heated in there and and then he asked us to wait and he left and they sent another guy in we told him what it happened and then he said before you leave I want you to look at this last proposal so we had to sit there and look at his proposal and we told him no and hes finally like just go out the door here go to the back and youll get your gifts They basically kicked us out of there. They did give us our gifts. We feel so lucky that we were able to look this up on the Better Business Bureau website before we made a decision. I feel sorry for the people that have been scammed by these guys, but something needs to be done because this is not right their shady business and high pressure tactics need to be stopped. Please anyone reading this dont fall for their decietful behavior.Review from Edward K

In November 2023, my wife and I drove to *******, ********. We attended a two hour presentation at ******************************. They said it wasnt a timeshare, but it is in fact a timeshare. My wife and I were curious as to what everything entailed. I told them that I would have my own financing within six months and decide then. They said they would hold the deal that long. At no time was it ever discussed about them taking out a credit card in each of our names. Had this been discussed, we would have refused, stopped and left immediately.I will not honor a deal with liars, players and manipulators. In ********* we have an elder abuse law that kicks in at 60 years old. My wife is 62 and I am almost 65. They lied to us and we will not honor their salesman jam of this timeshare. We never activated the credit cards because we never authorize them. The complaints on the Better Business Bureau are so numerous its unreal. Please ****** and see for yourself. View all the sales tactics and sales jams that they have pulled that are listed.I am going to contact and file a formal complaint with the ************************ for the State of ********, about the fraud that Branson Nantucket committed on us.I will post this letter of dispute with the three major credit bureaus, and the Better Business Bureau.I will also contact ********** international, about the way Branson Nantucket is committing credit card fraud through **********.I will also contact the ******************** of ************************* Services because Louisiana law protect seniors from acts of financial exploitation and extortion. We pay all of our bills on time as expected. Our credit report shows that. This is not an inability to pay, but a flat out refusal to honor anything with these fraudulent sales tactics of Branson Nantucket!AVOID THESE SCAMMERS!!!!Review from Teresa H

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with Branson Nantucket's timeshare program. If I could, I would give them zero stars! Our experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, starting with false promises and high-pressure sales tactics during the purchase process. Despite being assured of an interest-free period and low mortgage, we have faced difficulties scheduling vacations and encountered subpar accommodations, including parking issues. Moreover, unforeseen financial hardships have made it impossible for us to continue the contract. Dealing with lifes *** and downs, and family health issues, our financial situation has dramatically changed. The burden of the contract is unsustainable given our circumstances, and the points system has not provided the savings we anticipated. We feel misled and tricked into a costly vacation program that does not align with its initial presentation. The deceitful practices, lack of availability, and financial strain have deeply disappointed us. We caution others against Branson Nantucket's timeshare program to avoid similar financial and emotional distress.Review from Tawna W

I am writing to file a complaint against Branson Nantucket and their timeshare program. My experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare. I was promised a wonderful vacation opportunity, but instead, I feel trapped and imprisoned by the terms and conditions of my timeshare agreement. Branson Nantucket did not follow through on the promises they made to me. I have asked them to let me cancel my timeshare, but they are demanding over $10,000 to do so. This is an outrageous amount of money to pay for something that never should have been valid in the first place. I feel that I deserve compensation for the pain and suffering that this experience has caused me. I urge Branson Nantucket to take responsibility for their actions and make things right. Until then, I will continue to warn others about the dangers of their timeshare program.Review from Jason A

DO NOT fall for the " trade in of you blue green and diamond points" They DO NOT trade them in, they might show you a trade in but you will still own them. And do not use the company they suggest, call your points company first. Our points are paid for and have been for years. Diamond resorts and blue green charge alot less to 'transition" your account. *********************** has NO website to check points book ect. We were told, we will trade them in, they don't, maintenance fees are tri annual and they are less, but so are the points. Don't fall for the 4 or 5 bedroom week long stay bs, what they will sell you is a one bedroom off season week for more points than you are paying now for your current time share. They will show you a paper that does show a 2 to 4 bedroom for the points they're trying to sell you. And will not give you that paper because they are gonna put it in your box you get. I guess they don't realize everyone has cameras on their cell phones. Always take pictures of "paperwork" they are gonna give you later or show you to rope you in.no matter the ****************** Nantuckett claims to be different but are like the 100 other Timeshare companies in ******* or across the country.Review from david P

What a bunch of liars. 1 We were told this was a deeded property and after a couple of years we could sell it for more than we paid.2. We can go anywhere with our points. We cant 3. We can stay 2-3 weeks a year. I guess that translates into 1 week every 3 What you are told in the sales meeting is all a lie. When you go back for the new owner orientation lies again just another sales pitch and we need another ***** thousand in order to do what we were promised to begin with. They want more money to cancel. What a big rip off place. Stay far away from this place.Review from Daisy & Stuart D

This company is nothing more than a legalized scam artist! The entire "vacation ownership" was mis-represented and miss-sold; they never even called it a time share or my husband and I would have run for the hills! It is sold as a "vacation interest."We have already paid $20K for this and so far have not been able to book a vacation using Interval. The program was sold as our ability to enjoy vacations for many years to come to locations all around the world as listed on the Interval Intl website. We have attempted multiple times to reserve a vacation but nothing is ever available unless you plan your trip a year in advance! Also, this was sold potentially having an ownership interest with a "deed" that would be provided to us. Although our initial loan was already paid off we still have not received the alleged "deed" or anything that indicates we have ownership of anything. In addition, it seems the coverage for other destinations outside of ******* thru Interval is only a temporary "membership" so we are stuck in that we can only go to *******. This is not something we are interested in.Have called **************** **** multiple times and were finally told our contract does not have voluntary release clause and they would refer to the Manager for options. Finally got a call back and their resolution was: We pay them another $5k OR we sell this on our own to a family or friend which would perpetuate the deceit of how this works! I don't feel we need to also continue to pay a yearly "maintenance fee" forever to the tune of $782 which is payable every "tri year". This is nothing more than we are paying for insurance and taxes for those "cottages" which we cannot use or own. We need a referral to an attorney/DA or other entity that could shut this business down or at least help those of us that have been swindelled by these deceptive practices. We wish to exit out of this fraudulent contract immediately, with no further charges or fees applied.HELP!Review from Chad H
