I was given an invoice onn2/28/24 (move in date) that says Charges in Full which I paid and 3 weeks into my moms residency they decided to add an addl $1,800 to the care month that I had already paid for and they processed/deposited the payment. They had already done an onsite interview/screening visit prior to move-in to determine what care level she would come in at and billed me as per that report by their staff member. I feel that if they billed incorrectly for those first 3 weeks that this would be their problem and that the increase in the care level rate would go into effect the following month. I have paid the increased rate since 6/2024 but March is still an issue with me. They decided to increase her rate on 3/19/24. If nothing else it should be pro-prated as of that date less the original daily rate pro-rated that has already been paid. I just feel that they are taking advantage of the situation we are in with regards to my moms memory care. My mom is 77 years old and has late stage Vascular Dementia and requires 24/7 care that our family is not able to provide. Not to mention having my mom wear multiple diapers at the same time, my mom has fell twice and most recently.a boil has formed on her upper thigh. This is generally a sign of poor hygiene as I was informed by an individual whos been an elderly care worker for 20+ years. Thank you!

We were out of water for several days and had to go down to the third floor to take a shower. I have to take my medication every few hours. I get my medications at 10 am and it will take me until 10 pm at night. One time my blood pressure dropped to 109 and then they didn't order my medicine and my blood pressure rose up. We have all kinds of problems here. I had to take pictures of my medication to show them. They didn't have all of my medication. We lost our good cleaner, nurse and they went to another place. We have a new manager, *****, and everything has been down since she started here. ****************** U had me on too much medication that had me hallucinating.
