    I canceled an order. 7 hours after they knew I canceled, they shipped it anyway. They refunded my money but will not send the needed label so I can send their trash back to them. I need a label.

    Date of transaction 7/13/22. Order #************. Longarm quilting, promised 6-8 weeks. Now at 15 weeks and have not received item. Have attempted to resolve. $72.40.

    Have been in contact with the customer to explain processes and timelines. We had her quilt 10 weeks and 6 days. Our website states an estimation of 10 weeks. The customer's quilt has been delivered back to her and still waiting for confirmation from the customer on if the quality is acceptable.

    I ordered several fabrics for a quilting project on August 11. The charge posted to my account the following day. I was only notified on August 15 that one of the fabrics was not available. I was never called, only sent an email. I called and attempted to speak with a supervisor to come to a resolution. I never received a call back. I should have been given the opportunity to cancel the entire order if they could not fulfill it in full. In addition, my credit card should not have been charged if they were not certain they could fulfill the order. imhave filed a dispute with my credit card company.

    I do not consider the matter resolved or closed until I see the credit actually posted to my credit card account.

    This company has not been professional in its dealings, and I do not trust anything they say based on their behavior.

    When the credit is issued and POSTED, consideration can be given to closing the complaint.
