    It took six weeks to receive an in-stock item I ordered. I tried numerous times contacting the company because via tracking I could see the item was stuck in transit and sitting in a distribution center. For the first 5 weeks I could never get in touch with a human. It was always a stupid bot that said my order was on the way. By the time a human responded I told them I didn't want the order anymore because I wouldn't have time to complete the project for which I made the purchase. Magically, after that the item started to move again and from tracking I could tell that someone from the company finally contacted the shipper. The item arrived the following week. I initiated a return and said I wanted to ship the item back myself instead of using their prepaid label because their shipping method was obviously unreliable and I wanted to have tracking and insurance. I sent the item back via USPS and it arrived back to them in 4 days, which included a weekend. Why could I get their package back to them in 4 days, yet it took 6 weeks using their shipping method? They refunded only my original purchase price, and not my original or return shipping. So I lost 6 weeks of time and $30 dollars trying to do business with the company.

    The only reason I gave this business one star is because I could not leave a review unless I put at least one star. I have been lied to, lied, lied, lied. I have done everything this pathetic company has asked me to do. They got my order on May 21. I was contacted on May 24 telling me they needed another $25 which I paid that very day. I was contacted again on June 20 via email from a woman named Tamara telling me they needed more money because my backing fabric was one and a half inches too short. Again, I paid them. When I called to check on my order i was told by a woman named Jeanie that they had everything they needed and my Quilt would go to the front of the line. That I would not have to wait all over again. I called to check on the status of my order on June 25. I was told by a woman named Ray Jeanne that she had no idea what was going on with my Quilt and she could not find out because she worked from home. I am at my wits end with this company. I think everyone needs to know they will be lied to if this company messes up their order. at this point, I want my quilt back because I know they have not done anything they promised to do. I also want a full refund. I have dementia and this is the last quilt I will ever be able to do. This is my stars and stripes quilt. we have numerous family members who are veterans. I sent my quilt on May 21. That gave them plenty of time to process my quilt and get it back to me before July 4 which is when my family is having a reunion. It was supposed to be the big unveil for me. now I’m just crying my eyes out. Please let me know if there is anything else that you require. I am more than willing to talk to someone from the Better Business Bureau, so this does not happen to anyone else. I have all the emails verifying what I say is true. I wish there was someway I could attach them here.

    I ordered 6 yards of a fabric in the color teal I was sent Six Green fabric, much cheaper fabric. I returned it with their label and 2 1/2 weeks later I called to see if they received my package they had but they weren’t going to do anything. They didn’t credit me or even send me a notification that they had received the package.

    I would not recommend MSQC. They are frequently slow on fulfilling orders then slow shipping unless you want to pay an additional $12-$20 USD on top of your subtotal. Most of their products are significantly overpriced, they often mess up on orders (i.e. shortage on fabric, wrong fabric sent, items left out of an order, order sent to wrong customer, etc).

    ***** and Missouri star won my heart. I am a new to quilting and everything that I have ordered has been great. Their customer service department is there to answer or solve any problems. I love Missouri star and visiting ******** Missouri is on my bucket list. ??
