Rented a limo with the understanding of one price, but when it came time to pay was 20% more than what was agreed upon. They also charge a 10% credit card fee when using a credit card. I explained to ***** that I don't like to pay the extra fees and that I would pay cash. However, they still charged a 10% fee to hold the deposit of $200, which it was not made clear that there would also be a 10% charge on top of the deposit. I was under the impression that it would be "held" and then returned ($220 was charged to my card) but when the deposit was returned only returned $200. When I called to question the additional charges, ***** became very condescending and kept over talking and would not let me speak. *****, the owner is very arrogant and shady. In looking at his other reviews, it's apparent that he has a history of shady communication.Review from Melissa W.

rust the reviews on here. I paid a deposit before looking at reviews and recall myself telling my fianc that this company was going to ruin my wedding day and they did! I had the owner on the speaker phone when he explained the cost and all 3 of the people heard the exact same thing when I was talking to him. $140/hour and automatic 20% gratuity. 3 hour minimum which is primarily eaten up by the driver going to and from their own house. So $420 plus 20% tip equals $505. The day of the wedding the owner extorted another 20% out of me saying it was a service charge. $630 for a ride in Columbia from exit 124 to exit 115- 10 miles total - in their RUN DOWN old limo. To top it off when the owner was extorting more money from me, I was arguing with him and he told me he was done with me Do NOT use this company unless you want to argue with an *****, have your day ruined and be extorted for more money. Sign a contract if you do, so you can use legal help if needed.
