      I have been going to Beauty Brands in Lees Summit, MO off Rice Road for at least 10+ years. My last TWO appointments I went to a different stylist "Tiffany" due to my current stylist had to cancel. I liked Tiffany- so I booked another appointment; however, after I booked this last appointment Carly (manager) called me and told me Tiffany would not see me by appointment, but I could do a walk-in because I was a no call no show for two appointments which is not true. I've only had TWO appointments, but the "system" has a "comment" stating I missed them? I'm floored by the disrespect and rudeness behind this. I have NEVER gone through this and it's disappointing. I understand business and would not intentionally hurt someone's income. Does Tiffany really know who I am considering my last "booked" appointment (1 of 2) was 2+ months ago that I showed up for? Is Beauty Brands system flawed? I've never been turned away, lied on, or treated as if I was a "nobody" and less than. Isn't a hair salon supposed to help you feel "better" and "encouraging"?

      Online retail had misleading product. It showed a 1L NIOXIN Scalp Recovery Cleanser for $25.98. we bought 9 of these items. They sent us 9 tiny NIOXIN Scalp Recovery Cleanser with the size of 6.76 oz. they swapped the big bottle for a smallest size that Nioxin has made. Total scam of trick and swap,

      My 16 year old daughter went in for a $130 hair cut and color and had additional offerings suggested but never informed her of the additional price. In the end, she left will a charge of over $400. To make it worse, the stylist took pictures of her to add to her personal social media pages to profit further from my under age daughter. Very inappropriate behavior and shady business practices where a minor was taken advantage of since she had her parent’s credit card for payment.

      They shipped the wrong product and now they don’t respond. I am spending my time chasing them with emails, phone calls, or texts via their website. Feels like I am being scammed. Their messaging is 100% customer satisfaction. That’s pretty obnoxious considering that they have customer service phone number that they won’t answer. Still waiting for a response.

      Absolutely awful. I have been purchasing from Beauty Brands for years and always tell my friends and family to buy from them as they have the best sells. This year, their business is a joke. I purchased over $100+ of shampoo. After 2 weeks I thought it was odd that I never received shipping information. So I went into my account for tracking. The order was there, but no tracking information. I then went to my bank account to verify the charge. The charges were on my credit card. So I emailed customer service. After a few days of no response. I emailed again. After 2 more days, I called and left a message. Finally after being extremely frustrated, I took to social media and messaged them. Still NO RESPONSE. So I started messaging their influencers and leaving comments saying this sale is a scam. No one will return calls or email. I finally received a call back. Only to be told that my order was cancelled because the address was a third party address. The address is a legit address that is designed to receive packages for people who live in an apartment complex to avoid packages from being stolen. It’s called Fetch and is widely used. But the issue is customer service. If I hadnt gone to social media (which apparently several people are having the same issue) I would have never gotten any follow up regarding my order. An absolute shame. I will never tell my salon clients, friends or family to ever purchase from this sale again. Shame on you BB. You are awful.

      I have >5 reward coupons but when I went to checkout at one of their locations- they refused to acknowledge my coupon saying - if I do not have a physical coupon with me they wont acknowledge it. On their website- they say just enter your phone number and you can track your coupons. Also guarantee 100% satisfaction- have tried to reach out to customer service the whole last week by phone and email and have not received any response.

      Ordered 3 large bottles of joico conditioner as advertised on their website. I received 3 trial sized bottles. I have tried to resolve this issue by contacting customer service, that was a joke! Currently disputing with my credit card. Never again with this company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF

      I ordered 2 shampoos, 2 conditioners online, on June 29th. I returned them, do to one had spillage on it's side and the other the Biolage, looked like a copy cat of it. It did not have the same pattern outside, as it normally does. I returned them, soon after. I have not got a credit on my card, since! I want my credit card credited, ASAP, of the $81.69! I will never order from them online again, and will tell others to not order online too.

      I ordered from Beauty Brands at the beginning of July this process has taken over a month..a week and a half ago I received an email confirming shipment with No tracking #.I still havent received products and I still cannot get a hold of anybody in customer service via email or by phone.
