    My car was sadly towed last weekend and when I went to retrieve it the next day less than 12hrs later they tried to finesse me and change my total. They refused to give me a itemized receipt, I experienced racism, Those people are completely sick and the only reason why I did not get the police involved was because I know their karma is coming & they are just pure evil. I talked to these people With respect, but they kept threatening to change my total three times all because I asked him Why did they add another fee to my total & The lady was Refusing to give me an answer And threatened to keep my car if I kept asking questions Is on audio that I recorded since I found out that she was recording me. The lady threatened to up my total when I kept respectfully asking her why does the total of $55 refer to & she threatened to up it $380 & $500 … they are a total scam.

    Towed a car with no notice from a private lot across state line. No tow signs around parking spot, threatened to "make things harder" for my friend if anyone else tried to defend him. Overall a horrifying experience.

    This place has towed my car without any notice to me and is now trying to charge me way more than any other place would, including the city tow lot. I'm not sure if they have a contract with my apartment complex, or not but I if they do, they should not be able to double charge people.
