              On June 24, 2024, order number EM20-4778477, I ordered a pair of glasses from them and they are not strong enough to do the job. I have macular degeneration. I have phoned them 8 times and emailed them 3 times and they have not responded. Their comment on the phone is "Your satisfaction is our priority."I would like a refund.
