      I ********** *******, have fired ** ***** with Edward Jones as my financial advisor. I have made several attempts to have my monies and/or funds transferred to another account, and handled / managed by another Firm in New Hampshire. ** ***** has not transferred any of my funds were I formally requested him to allocate them. Nor has he released by account to my new financial advisor. I met him at his office with my daughter whom I have extended Power of Attorney, as well as with a member of my new financial advisory team. Mr. ***** agreed on March 17th, 2023, to accomplish my request, but it would take four (4) business days for the finalization process to transpire. As of today, March 23, 2023, nothing has been done by his office. I was refused entry to his office twice this week. I was told by his secretary Diane Champagne that he is out of town, and does not know anything about anything. I need assistance forthwith. I have been dealing with this matter for 2 months without resolution. I have tried to be amicable but now I must take other forms of resolution since this gentleman refuses to comply.       Edward jones issued incorrect end of year tax statements, apparently unaware or the need to send out two statements, one for up to date of death (personal account) and one for death onward (trust account). I guess this is new for them. This caused me to need to file amended returns. Now her withholding from the trust is no where to be found by the IRS, (they denied the refund, since the money is not there) and I am past 30 days in my attempt to obtain a tracking number for this withholding from them to prove they sent it to IRS. 11k of money missing and they can't document the transfer to IRS.

      I had a question about my Advisor, I contacted Edward Jones Hq. I ask them not to contact my Advisor, they did anyway. They had asked for my Advisor and twice I said do not contact my Advisor. This is unacceptable, it's a breach of privacy. I emailed the Complaint Dept 3 days ago asking why. No reply! This will cause problems between me and my Advisor. I can't trust Edward Jones now. Not just privacy but with my money. They don't care about their Clients and being trustworthy. I expect a full apology and explanation of why they went against my request .

      My Advisor is nor willing to mail me a reply to question. I ask if they were still my Advisor.  No reply. If they are my Advisor they are obligated to at least mail me a reply on how they plan on recovering my losses. If they are not my Advisor, I have not been notified. They have a obligation to tell me if they are not my Advisor.

      My father, ****** ** *****, passed away this spring. He had an investment with Edward Jones that had myself and five siblings listed as beneficiaries. We have been told paperwork to fill out would be sent, never saw it. A *** ****** ******* called me and demanded I give him a large and detailed amount of information on the phone, I told him I would not do that on a cold call, just send me the paperwork needed. It has been way past a month and I have seen nothing. They have misinformed my sister, the executor, all the way through this, she was told I could use a local office, they refused to help as well. I need them to give me something in writing explaining how to get my money. Their delays is costing us money and more complications if the transaction is not finished before year end. They have the information needed to send me something but not a word.

      My financial advisor refuses to distribute funds from my account as I wish. He called me on the phone and yelled at me demanding that I do as he said. He then began giving me legal advice about my divorce that he has inserted himself into. As it stands, I may be held in contempt of court because of his actions.

      I am 92 years old, my mind is normal. Edward Jones put my money on restriction because they think I am being taking advantage of because I needed my money. I want my money wired to ******* ***** to keep it under one advisor and they refuse to do so.

      Edward Jones is charging me daily. I have asked numerous times to CLOSE this account and they refuse! Now, they are refusing to move money to another agency and are KEEPING a BALANCE on my joint account and milking me for the money in it. I feel like I am being held hostage and considering consulting my lawyer. All was suppose to be moved over BUT my LOAN balance is going UP UP UP! Every day its increasing! My new company and I have been on the phone for hours and this should have all been cleared on Sept 21st. I want 123.02 returned and ALL accounts closed immediately

      I am going through a financial hardship- due to i.d. theft- I don't have enough money to pay my bills. When it rains it pours! I have to take money out of my investment- 7/6/22: I called ****** at Edward jones-:I told him what I needed and this is dyer need I was needing the money a.s.a.p. he said it would be 7 days! I verified and docu signed through email he sent. 7/13/22 I called to just double check- when the check was mailed. ******* office girl said it hasn't been mailed. What did I want??!?! OMG!! I have $5 and 2 kids 2 dogs and bills like Home Ins ect DUE on 17th!! What was the point of me calling last week!? She said oh we were waiting on a call back..... "No" you weren't. Josh didn't do his job. Then she said someone would be calling in minutes. Hours **** ****** called ( I have 2 financial advisors?! For what?! How much is this costing?! And since only one of them works I want a refund for charging me for 2!! He says CK in mail on Monday so should receive next Friday! I don't have any family .. My insurance is going to lapse- and rates will increase. And it's out of my control- I tried! This service is unacceptable!! They do what they want When and how Regardless clients NEEDS
