      There is no option to receive billing statements, other than to call their number. 9 times out of 10 you'll never get one after requesting one through the phone. The billing specialist will tell you they are sending it off to the billing statement request department. I've been told everywhere between 2 hours-24 hours to get an email to 7-10 days. 90% you will get nothing. I have routinely been forced to call back 3-5 times just to get one statement since I never get it. This company is a joke. There needs to be a way to readily get billing statements from the website. The people on the phone have no idea what they are doing especially when it comes to this request! NONE. I've come across 2 people that knew what they were doing and I received the statements within an hour. I automatically know if the phone specialist spends a long time with me on the phone, I'm not getting anything. Call back. The CEO needs to be alerted to this issue ****. This holds up my health reimbursements and puts me in a bind financially due to Accredo's incompetence.

      Fraudulent Behaviour by a renowned organization.I was using local pharmacies for my prescription medications. Express script started sending mails saying that I could save a lot with them and when I compared I see less price. I placed an order for 3 months of medicine. I got that refills with the promised rate. But when the time came for 2nd refill, considering that rate will be the same, I asked my doctor to send my prescription to express script. Without consulting me , they processed the request and gave me a bill 5 times more than the previous one with the same medications and same doses. When contacted the customer service they told price gets increased due to demand and supply difference. But my question is to the company here is does it increase that much. And if it is increased that much why not I was consulted instead of directly submitting a big bill. When I asked for return, they denied it. Isn't a malpractice?

      Incredibly awful customer service. Why does filling a prescription require a 40 minute phone call?!???Takes the person on the phone 5 minutes to verify every little detail. Tell the operator my phone number, 5 minute hold. Person comes back on asks for address, another 5 minute hold. It went on like this for 40 minutes! My prescription was approved by insurance all I needed was to ship it. There has to be a better system! This is awful

      Accredo was sent a prescription by my doctor on August 14th, 2025 and I have yet to receive anything. Yes I did receive prior authorization from express scripts. First they were inept in running the correct insurance number for 7 business days. Once the correct insurance was provided, by me having to reach out to them, not vice versa, they said it would take 7 business days for the change in insurance to take effect. Then they tried to reach out to my doctor for clarification and couldnt get ahold of them. Instead of them calling me yet again, I had to call and was told they just try once a day. I called my doctors office and asked them to fax accredo the clarification. The call was on Sept 11th, and the fax was sent on Sept 12th. I called the following week and was told a fax was never received. Which is 1000% a lie. If you are reading this, there is an active class action lawsuit investigating them, and I highly suggest you share your experience so that they are prosecuted to fullest extent of the law.

      Horrible at communicating with patients. I have an approval letter from my insurance to approve ******** until 01/2026 and this company will not refill my medicine nor tell me why.

      I wish there was a way to leave a negative star review. This company has to be the absolutely THE worst company ever!! They constantly s**** up prescriptions, shipping instructions and billing. Calling them is worse than calling the ***. Whatever they tell you one day, rest assured it will not be the same answer the next time. This company should be shut down!!!!

      I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with Accredos pharmacy systems and staff performance. My experience as a patient has been consistently frustrating, time-consuming, and unsafe.The issues include:Broken systems: The ordering platform frequently fails, and even when it appears to function, I later receive calls that my shipment is delayed, unapproved, or requires me to call back.Incompetent service: Staff repeatedly ask the same questions without resolving the problem, showing little accountability or ownership.Deflection of responsibility: I have been told multiple times to call my insurance company to resolve issues, only to discoverafter escalationsthat the responsibility lies with Accredo to address problems directly with the insurer.This lack of reliability creates unnecessary delays in access to essential medication and forces patients to spend hours navigating a system that should work seamlessly. It is unacceptable that critical healthcare needs are managed with such inefficiency and disregard for patient well-being.

      I am diabetic and lost my left hand palm and fingers in a recent accident. My PCP prescribed "Freestyle Libre 3 Plus," which needs prior authorization. He did the paperwork, but it got denied. The reasons given are Coverage is provided when the patient meets one of the following:1) the patient had a level 2 hypoglycemia event in the past 6 months; or 2) the patient had a level 3 hypoglycemia event in the past 6 months; or 3) the request is for a pregnant patient with diabetes. Note: A level 2 hypoglycemia event is a blood glucose value less than 54 mg/dL. A level 3 hypoglycemia event is a severe event characterized by altered mental and/or physical status requiring assistance for treatment of hypoglycemia, irrespective of glucose level. Coverage cannot be authorized at this time. Medical Director, DO, Neurology I contacted them on 09/11/2025 and was on call for 7 hours. They kept transferring from department to department and person to person. None of them had medical knowledge. Their pharmacist clearly mentioned that I am eligible and am at risk, but they never understand the medical knowledge; they just go through the paper rolls mentioned, and they are just a waste of time. It's a huge company but does not have at least 1 person with medical knowledge in level 1 and level 2 supervision.

      Accredo is the worst pharmacy I have ever experienced. I recommend that every (including providers) run and refer their patients away. I am calling **** to put in a report with Accredo Soecialty as well. The pharmacists and their team are good, but customer service **** are awful.

      Lets just start with the word "Express" being used in their name. Not even close. Going on day 9 waiting to receive a prescription. First it was on back order (did not know this until calling to check status, had a different dosage called in that was in stock and still waiting. United Healthcare using these people for scrips is a joke! DO NOT RECOMMEND. I would save $80 if I use them for a 90 day supply-but if I never get the medicine...Stick to visiting your local pharmacy every 30 days at least they are reliable.
