Called references before my due date and said policy. If you take your loan out even for a week you get charged for 30 days. But they said if I would have come a day before my due date they would have credited me for the interest for not taking out my loan for 30 days. They spoke to the manager and this is the response and it doesn't make any sense. I've been a customer for 3 years and I would like to talk to other management about the manager... How can you be charged for a whole month even if you take it out a week but if you pay a day earlier you could have got credited that interest. They're telling you you can't because you're a 30-day customer so it doesn't matter and then they're telling you if you would have paid a day before we would have credited you. Well I certainly would have paid a day before and I don't think this is in their contract either. Along with they call your five references before your due date nobody does that and that's probably against the law to call people before your due date and the manager said that's policy but they didn't do it the first two years. There's more but I'll just keep it at this.
