Part ordered on 5.16, not received yet (6/8/24)I called customer service, on 6/7 I was told by customer service that it was mailed on 5/29, there was nationwide delay in ****.i need to call **** and check. It is not there responsibility (There is no update on **** website)After i receive it, i can send it back there will be 15% restocking fee Now i am assuming that i am dealing with a fraudulant company, they just keep the money and if they really mailed it I have wasted so much time

I submitted all the correct information on my vehicle before ordering and at the time of ordering online . It tells me that the parts I am ordering are correct fitment. I get an email saying that the one of the two parts is on back order and wants to know if I would like to wait or do an up charge to receive the part from another supplier. I say I can wait. A little later I received an email saying that my parts are being shipped. I get the parts and start to replace the old with the new. One out of the two parts work. I go looking online to see if I did anything wrong, I found nothing that I did anything wrong. I get in touch with service were I ordered the parts, and asked if their is anything I can do or look for to see if it fixes the problem. I did everything they told me to do at service and if that doesnt fix the problem the part is faulty. Then I contact the supplier to see about sending back the faulty part and receiving a new part. I get any email saying that the part I received will not fit my vehicle. And it is my fault I ordered the wrong part online after the website said it would fit my vehicle even though I gave them the vin number to verify the part would fit. An want me to pay for shipping and a restocking fee. I tried to call them but went straight to voicemail or they dont have a voicemail box. I wish they would call me like I asked in email, but rather talk to me like two teenagers texting.
