I purchased a vehicle from this company on Dec 12 2023. I am still waiting for a title to be able to pay taxes and tag this vehicle. I have attempted multiple time to get the title in the past two months with the last being this morning. I love the vehicle but the customer service is deplorable. I left a message again this morning being assured that the title clerk would get back with me as soon as she came back from lunch. The call placed at 11:30 this morning and it is now after 2 pm! The last time I called I was informed by the title clerk that the title from ******* had been sent to the wrong address but that it was sent back and was being sent to them. They claimed that this occurred on Jan 16th. Well it is now 2/09/24 and I still do not have the title and my temporary tag expires today! I am also getting late fines for every month after the first 30 days since my car is not tagged and has not had taxes paid on it! Be very aware if you buy anything from this car dealer.! I would recommend using anyone else!Review from CL F

Deceptive, dishonest and incompetent dealership!! I suffered sudden engine failure in my 2016 ******* Santa Fe Sport, without any warning. Then...I was told it was due to a KNOWN defect in the rod bearing clearance?! BUT THERE HAS NEVER BEEN A RECALL?! They would not provide me a loaner, although I was towed from 40 miles away? They did not have a direct billing or corporate account for a rental car either? But when I got my car back weeks later, it was filthy, gauges were not reset, and the gas tank was on empty? I had a 3rd party check their work and was shocked! The dipstick was missing and oil had been spraying all over the engine?! And...the coolant reservoir was empty?! The (new) engine could have blown?! Had it towed back a 2nd time, and this time I got a loaner...for 1 night.I no longer own a *******, nor would I ever do business with this dealership again! ***There is a $3.1 billion lawsuit, ******** AND KIA ****** LITAGATION, NO. 8:17-CV-00838-JLS-JDE and ******** V. ************* *******, ET AL., NO. 18-CV-02223 (C.D. CAL.), due to this defect which caused engine seizure, stalling, failure and fire. Supposedly settled 9/8/23.Somehow ******* has managed to keep this really quiet??Review from Belenda M

I bought a 2023 RV from reliable in *********** **. In April. I put ***************************************************** their shop for two months for a recall and small repair. They do not return telephone calls either service or parts. They haven't done what they said it is still in the shop. I am going there this week get the van and *** them for my money back. This is ridiculous.Review from Mark S.

Stay Away! Sales was fine, service and follow-up terrible. In April, I purchased a new ** from Reliable ******* has a one-year warranty. I returned home and found a handful of items unacceptable including the main cabin door and one **************** component failure in August rendered the ** unusable. I telephoned them, and they gave me an appointment to drop off for repairs two weeks later in September. I made a punch list and had dropped it off for repairs in September, as instructed. It's a five-hour one-way drive from my home. After numerous attempts with unsatisfactory communication, I picked the coach up in November. It's evident not all of the repairs were made or made correctly. I'll need to follow up with the manufacturer to proceed on how to get the coach repaired properly.Review from Tonya M

Pertaining to Used car lot only! Shopping for a newer vehicle and stopped in one Saturday morning Was already pre approved through my credit union. I was very clear on what my needs were and where I needed to be on payments. They said no problem we can figure it out. Wanted me to try financing through them which was fine. Gave them out information and they said it was approved. They came back with a price $10,000 over my pre approved amount. After 2 long days of dealing with multiple sales people the final paperwork was done. When I went to sign some things were on an I pad, which I was not able to read, he casually mentioned it was a warranty that they were just throwing in. I asked to have the paper printed out so I could read it. Once they added the Bronze plan on my payments were the same but the final payoff was $3,000 higher and the plan was only $2050. They intentionally tried to conceal details and just get me to sign papers. I also never received a copy of a page that was just a single page, without duplicate copies available and even asked why and I still never received it. I was basically treated like a stupid woman that knew nothing about cars or legal paperwork, that they assumed they could get away with concealing details to increase their profitsReview from Julie V.

I have loved the three Mazdas I've owned, but the service in Mazda's service center has driven me away. Because of Mazda service I request all parts removed from my car for repair be returned to me. Its the only way I have a "chance" of knowing the service promised is service provided. In one case I was told I needed a new tire on my Mazda 3 because a nail in the side wall made the tire unrepairable. I ask that the damaged tire be returned to me. The "damaged" tire was new and in good condition, the nail was directly in the tread and could have been easily repaired. Because I was told the nail was in the side wall it cost me the price of a new tire. On my Mazda 5, the back brakes were replaced and "rotors turned" at approximately 70,000 miles because they were grinding, and then within approximately 33,000 miles the brakes and rotors had to be replaced again because they were grinding (I have the parts). After this 2nd service and within less than 10,000 miles my back brakes started smoking and grinding again. I took my car to a reputable service center, no longer relying on Mazda. I had to have the brakes, rotors, calibers, brake motors, and hoses replaced. The pads that Mazda had used were low quality. (Again, I have the parts). Apparently the Mazda 5 has an issue with it's back brakes. I am told the issue could have been remedied with a quality brake pad, but Mazda service used a low quality pad. While I love my Mazda 5, I am very discouraged by the lack of service provided at Mazda service. I am fortunate to have found an alternate service center to help with maintenance and repairs until I am in a position to replace my vehicle. Sadly, I don't think I will have another Mazda product.Reliable Imports & RVs Response

** December 26, 2019 we replaced the brake pads and resurfaced the rear rotors on ********************* vehicle. The mileage on the vehicle at that time was ****** miles. ** June 5, 2021 we replaced the rear brake pads and the rotors. The mileage on the vehicle at that time was ******* miles. All braking components were inspected and determined to be functioning properly. As a goodwill gesture ***************** was only charged for the replacements parts and we absorbed the cost of the labor to install the parts. The brakes were tested and were working as designed at this time.We did not have the opportunity to diagnosis the braking system and make recommendations on the latest failure. Based on her complaint, ***************** took the vehicle to another facility and they made the recommendations to replace all of the components.I cannot find anything that was done incorrectly by our service department in regard to the repairs to ********************* vehicle.Review from Brian H

Is this your website advertising expert ase technicians ? ******* ***** advertises the same way. Thats rather distressing since I live locally in Springfield but can not find any reliable mechanics to do work on my Motor Coach. How does any one keep their Class A Coaches serviced and repaired if no one works on them? Are you a virtual business selling recyclable vehicles for $$$$ ? Must be false advertising. Need to fix that so RV owners wont be mislead from the beginning.Sincerely *********************
