1 starReliable group in ***********, ** is "reliable" in only one area..Dishonesty. *************** suggested I purchase a Mechanical Protection Plan since I was buying a used ***** CRV (****** miles) for only $7/monthly. I received only a flyer for the *** company, NOT actual documention, but after multiple signing of documents by finger-signing on an I-pad, I did not focus on the *** plan. However, when I got home, I realized I had no prove that I had purchased this plan which is included in my loan amount. After multiple contacts with my sales **** I FINALLY got him to email the *** plan documents which turned out to be $3,490!! When using the multiple of 7 in my loan plan, there is NO POSSIBLE WAY the comes to be $3,490. The obvious is the dealer was getting a kickback from the *** company. I contacted *** and learned that I could still cancel plan because I was within 30 days of signing. Had I not continued to beg for additional proof of purchase, I probably would have had a difficult time getting the refund. I am sure the Reliable business office wanted my time to run out with *** so they would get their kickback from selling the *** plan. Additionally, I leaned that, even after I stated I did not want what they call a "Zaktek" treatment for the car, I saw, again, when I got final papers where I signed, they I checked yes ($176). My advice, DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE. The small tablets they use make it difficult to read. There process is to have you sign each page of the I-pad and then print out all after you have signed. And, in my case, I didn't get all documents until days after when I contined asking.Review fromNandy Y.

1 starWe purchased a vehicle here for my son back in August. They made several mistakes on the title where they just simply crossed out the errors, not one but multiple errors on the title and wrote in the correct **************** forward, my sons temp tag flew off and he tried to register his car, but the *** denied it because of the mistakes on the title, despite the affidavit ****** had given him. She said for us to try another *** and the one down the road from them should take it and if there were issues, they could call ******. They still refused ***** son then went to the dealership and spoke to ******. She agreed to handle the problem and offered to cover any penalty fees since this would take 45 weeks to resolve. My son also asked for a replacement temporary tag as his had flown off, but ****** denied the request. When my son arrived, he asked ****** if there was any further compensation for the trouble we had gone through as we live 1.5 hours away. ****** said no and said, What you think your time is worth is not what I think your time is worth. My son mentioned making phone calls, which led ******* to ask who he was going to call and for what reason when he already got his replacement tag.I called and spoke to ******* and told her I didnt appreciate the way she and ****** spoke to my son. She then transfers me to ****** who was also very, very rude. I told ****** that I will be writing a review online and he said something along the lines of, oh, please go right ahead-I cant wait for you to do that. The entire situation has been frustrating, and I have never been treated so poorly by a business. Not once did anyone apologize or sympathize with what we were going through because of their mistakes! If things were done right in the first place, we wouldnt have all these issues. This ordeal should have been handled professionally from the start, and its disappointing that we had to endure such disrespect throughout this process.Review fromAlisa M

1 starThis dealership has potential, but the staff needs customer service training, especially in communication and professionalism. My boyfriend, who lives 1.5 hours away, experienced multiple issues with them today. First, they made an error on his car title, causing the *** to reject it. He was told to go to another ***, waited an hour, and got rejected again. He returned to the dealership, where ****** said shed fix the title and it would take 4-5 weeks. On top of that, his temporary tag flew off, and when he asked for a replacement, he was initially told no and was advised to drive carefully in case he got pulled over. After his mom called to intervene, they finally offered a solution. When he asked ******, the sales manager, for any compensation for all the trouble, he was bluntly told No several times. Dwaynes dismissive attitude, including statements like What you think your time is worth is not what I think your time is worth, made the situation worse. As my boyfriend was leaving, a woman named ******* confronted him about making phone calls, saying it wasnt cool since they replaced the temp tags. This interaction was unprofessional and rude. For a manager like ******, who is supposed to lead in customer service, his lack of empathy and refusal to offer even a simple apology is disappointing. The staffs poor handling of their own mistakes, lack of communication, and refusal to accommodate a customers legitimate concerns reflect poorly on the dealership. They could have easily defused the situation with a professional apology and a small service gesture. Instead, they treated my boyfriend like he was at fault. ******* and ****** especially need customer service training to handle future situations with more professionalism and empathy.Review fromJill S

1 starI purchased a vehicle from this company on Dec 12 2023. I am still waiting for a title to be able to pay taxes and tag this vehicle. I have attempted multiple time to get the title in the past two months with the last being this morning. I love the vehicle but the customer service is deplorable. I left a message again this morning being assured that the title clerk would get back with me as soon as she came back from lunch. The call placed at 11:30 this morning and it is now after 2 pm! The last time I called I was informed by the title clerk that the title from ******* had been sent to the wrong address but that it was sent back and was being sent to them. They claimed that this occurred on Jan 16th. Well it is now 2/09/24 and I still do not have the title and my temporary tag expires today! I am also getting late fines for every month after the first 30 days since my car is not tagged and has not had taxes paid on it! Be very aware if you buy anything from this car dealer.! I would recommend using anyone else!Review fromCL F

1 starDeceptive, dishonest and incompetent dealership!! I suffered sudden engine failure in my 2016 ******* Santa Fe Sport, without any warning. Then...I was told it was due to a KNOWN defect in the rod bearing clearance?! BUT THERE HAS NEVER BEEN A RECALL?! They would not provide me a loaner, although I was towed from 40 miles away? They did not have a direct billing or corporate account for a rental car either? But when I got my car back weeks later, it was filthy, gauges were not reset, and the gas tank was on empty? I had a 3rd party check their work and was shocked! The dipstick was missing and oil had been spraying all over the engine?! And...the coolant reservoir was empty?! The (new) engine could have blown?! Had it towed back a 2nd time, and this time I got a loaner...for 1 night.I no longer own a *******, nor would I ever do business with this dealership again! ***There is a $3.1 billion lawsuit, ******** AND KIA ****** LITAGATION, NO. 8:17-CV-00838-JLS-JDE and ******** V. ************* *******, ET AL., NO. 18-CV-02223 (C.D. CAL.), due to this defect which caused engine seizure, stalling, failure and fire. Supposedly settled 9/8/23.Somehow ******* has managed to keep this really quiet??Review fromBelenda M

1 starStay Away! Sales was fine, service and follow-up terrible. In April, I purchased a new ** from Reliable ******* has a one-year warranty. I returned home and found a handful of items unacceptable including the main cabin door and one **************** component failure in August rendered the ** unusable. I telephoned them, and they gave me an appointment to drop off for repairs two weeks later in September. I made a punch list and had dropped it off for repairs in September, as instructed. It's a five-hour one-way drive from my home. After numerous attempts with unsatisfactory communication, I picked the coach up in November. It's evident not all of the repairs were made or made correctly. I'll need to follow up with the manufacturer to proceed on how to get the coach repaired properly.Review fromTonya M

1 starPertaining to Used car lot only! Shopping for a newer vehicle and stopped in one Saturday morning Was already pre approved through my credit union. I was very clear on what my needs were and where I needed to be on payments. They said no problem we can figure it out. Wanted me to try financing through them which was fine. Gave them out information and they said it was approved. They came back with a price $10,000 over my pre approved amount. After 2 long days of dealing with multiple sales people the final paperwork was done. When I went to sign some things were on an I pad, which I was not able to read, he casually mentioned it was a warranty that they were just throwing in. I asked to have the paper printed out so I could read it. Once they added the Bronze plan on my payments were the same but the final payoff was $3,000 higher and the plan was only $2050. They intentionally tried to conceal details and just get me to sign papers. I also never received a copy of a page that was just a single page, without duplicate copies available and even asked why and I still never received it. I was basically treated like a stupid woman that knew nothing about cars or legal paperwork, that they assumed they could get away with concealing details to increase their profits
