2 starsOriginal job was done ok, some waviness in long runs on the soffit, but that's understandable. Shortly after installation, I accidentally heated the grill too close to the wall and caused it to warp in an area about 2'x2'. My wife called to see if we could have the area repaired. We received no replies for around 2 years despite numerous calls. After another call this year, Autumn finally schedules an appointment to repair it when the repairman would be in the area. My wife canceled appointments to meet him. He never showed up and never called. She called at the end of the day and the receptionist said he would be there the next day. After the repair the next day which took around 40 minutes he presented the bill for $750. My wife, not wanting to argue with a strange man in our house alone paid the bill.The next day I called Autumn to ask for clarification on the bill as I figured that had to be a mistake. Apparently the problem was on my end because (so I'm told):1. My wife in frustration over the past two years must have said "I don't care how much it cost"2. We shouldn't have written a check if we had a problem with the amount 3. We failed to get the repair done while the repairman was in the area, so mileage was $240 4. Materials have gone up and now cost $200 for a piece 4' long by 4' high 5. Specialized labor is ~$465/hour *** is done with me, I must have annoyed him by calling and calling when he wouldn't return my calls. He seems to reply to everyone on here better.Review fromM. G.

Over promised and under delivered. Poor service and unresponsive communication. We had to get a lawyer involved so we could get the owner and ***** to follow through with their work. Currently, they're not following through with the poor installation work. Always making excuses why they can't keep a date and don't return communication from us.Autumn Exteriors, LLC

The customer is entitled to their opinion but we must respectfully disagree with the "poor service and unresponsive communication" statement. There have been many conversations between the customer(and spouse) and our office... both through phone calls and emails, for the duration of their project. Yes, there were some obstacles and the timeline had to be adjusted,but there was never an issue of following through with our work. The work was completed in October of 2022. There was an alignment issue that had to be addressed. Our repairmen went out in January of 2023 and did determine that a door needed adjusted. This work was agreed to be completed once weather turned dryer/warmer. An email was sent out on May 17th to get the customer on the schedule for this adjustment. There was no response. Another email sent out on 5/31. Customer did respond on 6/1. By the time we received response, the given dates were filled and we had to offer different date options. This happened on 6/3- the same date as the BBB complaint. We were in contact with customer throughout this occurrence. Customer was simply unhappy to wait any additional time. As of 6/17/23 - the necessary adjustments were made, customer is happy and issues resolved.M. G.

This response above is inaccurate as to the timing. As we can provide our lawyer documentation sent to Autumn Exteriors to disprove their timing claim and their schedule responses above. Our legal cost was above the cost of Autumn Exteriors cost to their inadequate services. Their field crews are however professional and provided wonderful customer service when they did arrive. So demonstrate that our words are more than words to disprove their responses, please feel free to email *************************** for our legal documentation, our emails from Autumn Exteriors, which includes they did not fulfill their April installation promise, hence why our path required us to seek legal help to get Autumn Exteriors to actually get back to us. Please email ***************************, our email and we'll share our side to disprove again their response above is misleading. Our intent for this is to warn others of their over promising and undelivering and our legal steps we and to take in order for them to respond back to us after taking a large sum of money upfront.Review fromShawnia M

We met *** **** ****** at Mountain home fairgrounds. We had a wonderful experience. We made an appointment for him to come because we were looking for replacement windows very happy with them. We had some challenges with weather issues but the installation team of Frankie and Ashley were flexible and made sure that we happy during the entire process. The process was wonderful, and the home came out beautiful. We had the entire home re-sided with insulated siding and the price was fair. We love that they do payments and the installer team did an excellent job on our home. A+ PLUS from us! Highly recommend!!Autumn Exteriors, LLC

My husband and I found them on a google search from our nearby location. We walked in and were about to get turned away from the lady in the front office when a man approached us. He introduced himself as *** the owner. He talked with us for a while showing us his products and shared with us why certain materials are better than others. *** informed us that he would personally come up to our house in Warsaw from Springfield (1hour and 20 minutes away) to give us a bid on windows and siding. We found the price to be way out of our budget for siding and all the windows however we really wanted our large kitchen window. We decided to purchase our window from *** because we liked him and how he performed his business so far. Also because they were going to install the window for us and we didn't want to mess with the header for a 90" opening. ?? (Keep in mind we knew we were paying a higher price than if we ordered it from ***** (we got a quote for the same window from them)) We had the window installed weeks ago, however, the header was done incorrectly. We've had several contractors come in and mention that the header is not done correctly and our roof is compromised. My husband and I contacted the company over the issue via phone calls, texts, and in person. We asked to have the header fixed by a different installation team. They hesitated greatly on sending a different team. All of this back and forth happening over several (4-6) frustrating weeks and we notice that the roof had started to slightly sag in. In the end, we came to an agreement with the owner of the company. My husband and I were able to re-install the header ourselves and they will honor the lifetime guarantee warranty for the window. I am not impressed with the company or the installers. My garden window was being replaced and the measurements were taken back in March. At end of May called them because had not heard anything. **** numerous phone calls with promises of receiving a call back which never happened. Kept being told different date for installation. When a date was finally given, it took three days to install a window that should have taken only three hours. Installers were late every day and not prepared with proper tools. They left a mess on my kitchen counter they crawled all over without padding and had to repair and paint a hole on the inside wall they created. The exterior frame had a nail protruding that I pushed in with my finger. They did fix that. The window was not cleaned, and the trim installation is pretty shotty. After installation and payment, a representative from the company called, I had not given them a good written review and I voiced my complaint to her. I had taken photos and she asked me to send them which I did but the company has not responded to my complaint. The window has a lifetime warranty, but it makes me wonder if that will be honored. They have their money so that is that. I will give them a three-star because I do love the window, the installers were very pleasant, and two of the three installers worked diligently.Autumn Exteriors, LLC

The installation itself did take longer than anticipated(which sometimes happens), due to the structure, type of window and location.
