    The owner was the original contact person who came to our home to inspect and show us the product they provide. We never have researched or know anything about vinyl windows and *** was patient and informative and had a display to demonstrate the efficiency of the windows. The pricing and terms were explained an an initial agreement was made on the spot.There was a few weeks delay from the initial signing the agreement to actually having someone, I don't recall his name, come and did all the measurements for the preparation the install, but we understood the company was going thru some illness in the office and staff changes, so they have worked thru those issues. I have spoken to **** and *** in the office and things seems smoothed out and both of them are very pleasant to speak with.The actual install by their installer, ****, was phenomenal!!! With a little of my help (not requested, I just felt like being involved) we were able to remove and replace 14 windows in less than a day. He was very knowledgeable of his product and how to install them in the home. He was very organized, precise and efficient in his job. He was able to come back the next day on time and install two storm doors, then begin what he said is the "hard" part and that was trimming the windows out with metal. HE was exceptional with his skill in trimming the windows, I guess I didn't understand that was part of the window process, so it was a pleasant surprise. He cut out and around each of the 4 windows (one with an A/C unit in it) and the home looks amazing.So other than the clerical hiccup (which seems resolved) with Autumn Exteriors everything has gone wonderful and I would recommend them and their product to anyone...

    They've always been socialble do a good job do what they tell you had siding put on 11 years ago was so happy that we called them back for window replacements we are completely satisfied with their work.

    I had new guttering put on my house they were very nice, prompt service from getting an est. to install and even follow up definitely recommend.

    They came out and did my siding and I love how it turned out! There was a delay getting materials but that was outside of their control so I dont hold it against them.Once the materials were in the work was prompt, professional, and above expectations!

    We would highly recommend this company to install windows in your home if you are looking to make a quality investment in it.They installed a large picture window (group of 6) in about 6 hours start to finish and they are beautiful. We had Autimn Exterior install all other windows in our home six years ago, so we knew they were our choice for the remaining ones.The only issue was time from order to installation, but the delay was due to manufacturing and available quality installers.
