Absolutely the best experience I have had from a business in a very long time. They call ahead, very polite and respectful. They ask question if needed to clarify before they to cut or trim. Very professional and made sure the areas were clean and tree and limbs were removed before leaving. I definitely recommend to anyone in need of a tree cut down or trimmed..I will be calling them for all my future tree needs.

The Trufast guys showed up when we scheduled them--a few weeks beforehand, because I was having a fence replaced and the timing was pretty critical. The fence came down Monday, the tree came down Tuesday--just as planned. They also trimmed a few other trees for me, and made sure I was happy with the results. Trufast did a great job on my tree removal. They were prompt when coming out for the free estimate and their price was reasonable. The guys showed up on time when they removed the trees. They took the trees down in a safe way and made sure they didn't cause any damage to my house, fence or lawn. They did a good job with the removal of the tree limbs and cleanup after the ***** grinding. Very professional and easy to work with.

This is the most efficient and awesome company Ive ever had serve me! April 16, 2024, I had ******************* come out to just give me a bid on a tree that needed to come down. It was a very gusty day and my tree was rocking from the ground! **** told me it had root rot and would no doubt be down before the day was over. He said he couldnt get to it until the following week, but that when he left - hed check with his crews to see if any had finished a job early and hed send them over. Within about 40 minutes a crew was here and my tree was taken down. They ground up the *****, and not only raked up my front and back yard, but also MY NEIGHBORS front yard as their truck was parked in front of their house. As if that wasnt enough, my double gate needs to be tied shut with a rope to keep the wind from blowing it open. Instead of bothering me to come into my backyard again, one of the guys stood on a wheelbarrow on the outside of the fence and reached through the boards to get it tied, wrapping the rope around several times and NEATLY tying it off for me. Im single and that extra little touch meant a lot to me especially when I never asked him to do it!I have another tree that I needed the branches thinned out, so they did that quickly and efficiently as well. Being an Ash tree, **** had taken a good look at it checking it for any ash bores. He said it looked good, but still took the time to draw out on paper for me what an ash bores hole looks like.I was expecting to pay $1,000 or more, but the total cost was $750! I am beyond pleased with this company and will highly recommend it!
