A zero rating is all they deserve. Moved in 2021 and before things got started I could already tell there would be problems. Prior to move-in we set a date that we would need the apartment ready & the at the time the property manager said everything would be good to go and up to par. Cool. Day of move in, there is water in the ac unit closet leaking coming from the shower upstairs. Not only that the hot water didn’t work. So that means we need a hot water heater replacement. Long story short, from the month of November to May 2022 water filled my washroom daily as well as the kitchen from a leaking sink. There was no urgency to get these things fixed at all, the only thing they cared about was having the rent money. Not to add, there was a leak in the roof causing a constant drip for months in my child’s room that’s started to mold. This went on for 2-3 months until I got onto them about suing. It still wasn’t immediate fix. The outside of their property is horrible along with the inside. I DONT RECOMMEND anyone move into any property affiliated with them as they are slumlords who do not care about any of their tenants needs. They have no empathy for anything. They’ve had 3 different property managers just within 7 months of being there. This should tell all as well. Just because the price is good remember you get what you pay for and they don’t even deserve the monthly rent they are asking for. Again, DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. look at all reviews from other tenants.
