The cleaners ruined my white lined jacket. After putting my white jacket in the cleaners, it was stained when I returned to pick it up. The lady at the cleaners was nice about sending the jacket back for a redo. A week later I went back to pickup the jacket and notice that the stains on the front of the jacket were gone but the stains on the back on the jacket were still there. The same lady apologized and stated she was sending the jacket back for another redo. A week later I went to pickup my jacket and noticed the upper part of both pockets were torn. The same lady who had been assisting me stated the jacket must have been torn already. I told her that she and I had been going around in circles about this jacket being spotted with stains and that we both know the pockets were not torn. I asked if I could speak with a manager. She told me to contact Karen ****** on Tuesday, April 26, 2022 which I did. Ms. ****** stated the owner said the pockets were torn from too much cleaning and that I could have someone sew the pockets at the top and not use it without pockets. I told her that was not acceptable. She stated she was just the messenger. I asked for the manager's name and telephone number. I was told to contact Mr. G*** which I did on April 26, 2022. Mr. G*** told me that too much cleaning caused the jacket to tear and that the shoulders were torn as well. I told him the jacket was cleaned excessively because of all the redo's from trying to get the stains out that the cleaners put on the jacket. Mr. G*** told me that he could give me $20.00 credit on my next cleaning bill. I told him that was unacceptable. He needed to reimburse me for destroying my jacket. He said that was all he could do. I told him I would report this to the Better Business Bureau and he stated he was a part of the BBB. This same cleaners removed stains they put in another jacket with no problem and I thought they would do the same for this jacket.
