Do not make automated payments over the phone. Plains Greens does not apply payments. ****** Service Supervisor ***** was very hostile and rude. She hung up the phone during call. They can not track confirmation numbers.Review from Bill B

Absolute scam. Outrageous pay back amounts. But I was desperate and needed an emergency loan. On my application I put that I get paid on the 1st and 15th of every month. Have for the past eight years. Its never changed. But they have my repayment days 1 or 2 days prior to my pay dates. Completely ignored what I put on my application. When trying to reach out to them to make the changes they always say they dont understand and that I will be charged late fees. I think they do this to collect more money from people. Its sickening. What was the point in doing an application if everything on it was going to be ignored. Even after being approved and before signing the contract I told them I get paid on 1st and 15th. But my pleas have gone unheard I just give up with them. They have absolutely no business working in this industry. They set people up right out of the gates.Review from GEORGETTE W

Plain Green is a complaint fraud, very unprofessional. They took out two payments. They told me it will take 30 days to refund me one of my payments. After that, I had a bill coming up. They out of nowhere refunded my money and turned around & took it right back out. I called to see what was going on and they didnt have no explanation. I would give 0 stars if I could, every time I call I speak to a different person who gives me complete different information as the person prior. When confronted with the misinformation given they back track and then tell you that you have to wait several days before being able to apply again. They will not take responsibility for the mistakes made on their end and want to blame the customer. I have used them for years and never had the problems I am having with this company until now. All work ethic has flown the coop these days.Review from Cynthia G

This company is an absolute fraud they are charging ridiculous amounts for interest! They had all my banking information all still active yet they stopped taking payments and claim I did not pay so they can make that extra money on interest. I hope they are held accountable for all the fraud they are committing. Shut them down!!!!!!!

This place is a complete scam! First of all they were sued in ************. I received a call from them and the voicemail they left said that if I didn't return their call by the end of business day I would be arrested. I returned their call and they wouldn't give me any information unless I provided my SSN (red flag). I received another call stating if I didn't return their call that they would send my information to the county I live in and I would be sued. Their practices are completely illegal. Along with their threatening and harassing phone calls. I have reported them to to the attorney General in my state.
