            While paying off my loan in full, the Cash Advance Agent charged my debit card twice for the payment in the amount of $1,252.56. The payoff amount was $626.28. After I informed them of the error, I was hassled to call my bank with them on the phone to verify their error. Although, the error was verified, Cash Advance refused to refund my money to my bank account that day. I made them whole that day by paying off my loan in full. Cash Advance left me holding the bag with an overdrafted account. Its unfair to me that they were enriched today, and I was not. Poor customer relations. I need the bureaus help to get my money back.

            I have been contacted by someone claiming to be an attorney and a court case has been filed for a loan from cash advance now that I know I dont have. Was informed that a warrant will be issued. Nowhere on any of my credit reports does this exist. How can they do this!!

            Cash Advance Now received a loan application in ************************* name. This application has since been withdrawn from our system per the customers request.  We will block the complainants identifying information in our system unless indicated otherwise by them in writing. After a review of the application, we have determined that Cash Advance Now did not initiate any conversations with *********************** until the customer reached out to us informing us of this issue.  As stated to the applicant during this conversation, if fraud is suspected, we recommend that *********************** file an Identity Theft Report with the ************************ at ****************************** and with their local authorities, and then fax a copy of these reports to us at ************** for our records.  As noted above, Cash Advance Now is subject to robust consumer protection requirements. We want to treat our customers well and ensure that they are pleased with our product.
