These people add accrued interest and end up charging you interest only of $325 for 12 mo on a mere $600 loan. That is loan sharing for sure. Its got to be illegal?Cash Advance Now

The APR is disclosed on the ************** website and is prominently displayed in loan documents that are reviewed and signed by the customer.
We would also like to address the complainants belief that this transaction was Loan Sharking which is unfounded. Bright Lending informs our customers that this is an expensive form of borrowing, and we even encourage our customers to prepay (with no penalty) to reduce the overall cost of borrowing. We go further and inform our customers that our product is not meant as a long-term financial solution. We also allow our customers to cancel their payment obligations under their Loan Agreement (at no cost), no later than 3:00 p.m. Mountain time of the next business day immediately following the Disbursement Date.

I have been contacted by someone claiming to be an attorney and a court case has been filed for a loan from cash advance now that I know I dont have. Was informed that a warrant will be issued. Nowhere on any of my credit reports does this exist. How can they do this!!Cash Advance Now

We will block the complainants identifying information in our system unless indicated otherwise by them in writing. After a review of the application, we have determined that Cash Advance Now did not initiate any conversations with *********************** until the customer reached out to us informing us of this issue. As stated to the applicant during this conversation, if fraud is suspected, we recommend that *********************** file an Identity Theft Report with the ************************ at ****************************** and with their local authorities, and then fax a copy of these reports to us at ************** for our records. As noted above, Cash Advance Now is subject to robust consumer protection requirements. We want to treat our customers well and ensure that they are pleased with our product.

Unlawful practices of cash advances I had applied for a second loan with this company and was denied I tried a third time and I was denied mind you that I had applied a month earlier and on my first installment I paid the loan in full so when I tried to get another loan I was declined, well out of the blue without signing any documents not stating anything about this amount of money that got deposited into my account $457 I don't know where this came from I had to do my research before I landed to these people mind you when the money did hit my account I was in shock I did not know where it came from because I just had my 341 bankruptcy meeting today so I could not possibly have applied for a loan because anyone that I had been applied for had declined so here's my question you cannot just put money into people's account unawarely and they don't know anything about it they are going to sign any terms they don't know how much the cost or anything don't even know when the first due date is this is unlawful and I don't feel obligated to pay the money back and if I do have to get it back they will only get back with you gave me without any penalties in it my terms of returning it to you I am really ****** about these illegal practices I thought way more better about this company but not anymore what is this about and how can this be lawful that you can just put money in people's account and then the man that they pay it back and then sign no kind of documents you can't show no documents or anything on this amount of money and furthermore I would have never got this much from them because I knew I wouldn't be able to head back and forth you would not have me paying thousands of dollars for $400 okay you do help people out at the time but you truly robbed them at the end and that ain't happening hereCash Advance Now

Hello, So I have screenshots of what was originally agreed on via loan agreement. Now I will pay off the loan amount borrowed which was 700 with no interest rate as that is criminal. I'm not paying an additional ***** you guys are freaking high. Having me sign a new loan to change to bi weekly payments which I also have screenshots of my agreement and you guys taking out money just like that because someone from your team told me I was on weekly payments. This company is nothing but a lowlife loan shark. A $1200.00 loan which I paid $748.00 over this last month. Now I call to pay it off and they say I owe $1696.00 still to pay of the loan. Really????? $3644 for a $1200 paid off after a month is a criminal act every which way you add it up. The customer service is horrible and extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. Their website does not show daily accruals and pay off rate. Nor does it give you a way to look at your balance or even pay it online. It seems as though they want to keep people in the dark so they end up paying through the nose. Most absurd company I have ever worked with. I had to speak to 4 people just to get it paid off because all the others were incompetent.Cash Advance Now
