      I bought a 2016 Honda Accord in May of 2017, I also purchased the extended warranty at the additional cost of $1320.00. We were told and sold the contract under the 96 months/******* miles guarantee. They are now telling me my warranty is expired (however the 96 months or ******* miles haven't been reached). They back dated the warranty in an attempt to rip us off. The service date entered on the form is 1/18/2016 but we didn't even buy the car until 5/8/2017. They charged us for a warranty dated more than a year before we even bought the car.

      I would like to say that I am sorely disappointed in the way to Asheboro Honda and their employees have treated my wife and myself. We were having warranty issues and that got resolved; however, we asked to speak to the general manager, *******************, and were repeatedly hung up on, misdirected, and lied to. They repeatedly done this to my wife and when I tried calling they hung up on me as well. And then, when my wife posted her review, they accused her of cursing. I would like to say that is a blatant lie. My wife doesn't curse. She might lose her temper at me but she does not curse. So, whoever works at Asheboro Honda that post their comments on the reviews is a liar. Now they are saying that we are banned. Well that's all fine and good. We have contacted the BBB and News 2, and will be seeking to get in touch with the attorney general soon enough. They think that a ****** review full of lies is going to stop us from telling the world that they are liars and cheats and we will do anything they can not to do to work and still charge you for it? They've got another thing coming. I will go to my grave knowing that I have not let a moment go by that I can let somebody know to do not buy a car or get any service whatsoever from Asheboro Honda. That is my new life mission. Asheboro Honda, ******************* ... I am calling you out. We are not done and we will never be done. DO NOT DEAL WITH ASHEBORO HONDA, ASHEBORO ******* ASHEBORO DODGE. THEY ARE ALL OWNED BY THE SAME PERSON AND THEY WILL ALL LIE CHEAT AND STEAL.

      This review was copied and pasted from a ****** review which was taken down by ****** because it directly threatens an employee. We are in the process of securing a restraining order to protect our employees from these individuals.In addition to making false claims, these former customer have verbally assaulted our employees with profanity-laced tirades, and they have since been banned from our premises.
